The breakfast could have been better i felt, not a lot of choice but was filling.

I was in room 11 which had a huge shower/wet room.loved it so much i requested the same room on my return trip which was fulfilled without problem. It was basic but quiet. it suited me fine.

The reception / entrance was difficult to find when I arrived late at night, with limited signs and lots of big vans parked right out front so it was hard to find. The hotel is tucked away behind shops in an industrial estate, and didn’t feel that safe, although I didn’t have any issues during my stay. The bathroom in my bedroom smelt like stagnant pond water, which was a little unpleasant. The bedroom was hot and stuffy but with the window open there was lots of noise from the roads and 24 hour car wash outside.

The place was clean and tidy, communication and check in was good and the staff were lovely and very friendly and helpful. Parking was available with plenty of spaces not far from the entrance. Breakfast was well stocked and fresh, basic choice but everything tasted good.

Perhaps a bit more choice for breakfast. I would have happily paid more for a continental style with meat, cheese etc.

Great location for a stop over en route to another destination. The hotel, room and facilities were as expected and for the price were excellent value for money. We had the breakfast, which was basic, but "all you can eat" and was also good value for money. The hotel staff were very friendly. The room was very small but met our requirements.

Rooms a bit tired / tatty - it's definitely not a luxury hotel, and it was fairly expensive as we were travelling at a busy time. Breakfast buffet was pretty basic (cereal, bread, orange juice, coffee) and was too busy.. (but was cheap enough). Car park spaces a bit short and watch out for the high kerbs.

Friendly, helpful and incredibly hardworking receptionist. Perfect location for an overnight stop to break up the journey between Eurotunnel and the Alps. Lots of other hotels, restaurants and a big supermarket in the area for meal options and fuel. Provided a family room with bunk bed for the 4 of us to sleep together, without booking additional rooms or children having to share a double bed - much appreciated. Room was on the ground floor and overlooking car park, which I was concerned would be noisy but wasn't - everybody was here to sleep. Towels were provided (even though the booking email said they wouldn't be). Everything clean and comfortable.

the size of the room was like 8m2, with beds that were difficult to move. No place to put the luggage, literally no place. the breakfast was very small, very little choice even for France - but was free(or really cheap)

It had a bunkbed and double bed for a family of four. Hypermarket Carrefour only four minutes drive away.

The room was cramped, only 3 towels for 4 people. Hot, no AC. But honestly, for a budget hotel what can you expect!?

Thank you to one of the best receptionists ever. He seemed to run the place, sort the breakfast singlehandedly, was extremely friendly and efficient. He spoke excellent English too For a cheap breakfast, pretty good. All 4 of us left happy!
