We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

ZambiaThe blanket or top cover on the bed was finished and didnt look very clean, probably coz of the color. Should consider using white all round. The bed was also very low, but that aint so much a big deal. Could smell smoke in the room on my first day The black old man at the reception was also often unfriendly No Tea/coffee facilities in the room

NetherlandsIt was a little cold and the heater kept turning off. The walls were thin, but thankfully we had no noisy neighbours. The given towels had a chemical smell, like chlorine or bleach.
The bed was really big and comfortable. The room was tidy and smelled good. We had a private bathroom, with 2 in 1 shampoo and body wash. The location is only 15 minutes walking from a RER station and 1 minute from the nearest bus station. There are enough outlets to charge all your devices. Check-in and check-out was really quick. The receptionist knew english.

I love the dark (live in the country) and even though there were thick curtains, the orange light switches on the wall lamps were bright and "in your face" plus the light from the aircon control panel was very bright The corridors had a very musty, smokey smell which was not pleasant but the bedroom was fine, so wasn't overly bothered once the door was closed. It is dated and needs refreshing but didn't affect my sleep.
Basic, dated hotel in a location that was convenient and practical. Comfortable, clean room etc, great shower, aircon and very good sound reducing windows. Advice from desk attendant was helpful. Good secure, paid for parking. Good location for nearby restaurants

Actually the property is located in zone-3, and could be reached by two buses from Paris CDG airport which I couldn’t figure out at the beginning, so it was a bit of challenge to reach there. But the bus stop is opposite of the property.
