Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
Guidelines and Standards for Reviews

The temperature. It was way too hot. No air-conditioning but mosquitos instead. A fly screen on the window would have been nice at the very least.

Check in took for ever. Shower had more water coming out of the pipe than the shower head, the whole hotel is really tired and run down, requires a complete overhaul, breakfast didn't have half the items available. One room had no TV working. Not a booking I will be making again.

There was no way to have a window open, the room was very stuffy. The wash basin wouldn’t drain. There was no toilet paper or soap. There was a weird persistent smell in the bathroom.
The receptionist was pleasant, the hotel was easy to find. There was plenty of free parking. The location is good with several restaurants within walking distance. To be fair we booked this because it was very cheap. We need to keep that in mind as the place gave off a dreary unkempt impression. It was very shabby indeed. It must be a depressing place to work, in spite of that the staff we met were very pleasant. We felt it was a safe place to be our car was parked in front of our room, it felt like a motel. The other guests were nice polite people. I wouldn’t go there again it was just too grim looking. It had excellent free wifi. Mixed feelings.

Lots of people loitering - we thought it seemed like a hotel that had lots of long term residents . Our first room had a smashed lock so we were offered a second room without any trouble. It was clean and inexpensive and well situated for our purposes as we walked to the airport to get our flight home!

Getting locked out from my room when the reception was closed. If you make a single input error on the 7 digit code you are shut out and need to get a new code. No new towels given on multi-day stays unless you ask at reception. Very small bathroom. The shower area was like a small cupboard - very claustrophobic. Room was very small but I guess that is why it is not expensive.
Good wifi, plenty of parking spaces on site, pleasant helpful reception staff. Area was quiet at night.

The building looks old and in bad condition with paint chipping off the walls. The shampoo/shower gel in my bathroom was empty and the shower drain was stuck.
Premiere Class is my favorite budget chain in France. They basically look all the same (cheap comfortable rooms with free parking) but this is definately not the best one.

Couldn't get in on arrival, different rooms to those booked, freezing cold, one blanket for 3 people, one dirty towel for 3 people, broken TV, broken heater, mouldy, dirty, leak in bathroom, stained beds, no WiFi.
NOTHING !!!! Emergency night guy was helpful and nice.

The room given wasn't ready so we had to wait however, the wait was adequately rewarded.
We have been very disappointed in the past during the many times we have stayed. However, as it was 30th December, 2024 there was few travellers and I asked at the reception for a good room and she willingly obliged.
