Breakfast is poor, no ham or cheese, just croissant, baguette and jelly or honey. Should provide more, even if this is a transit hotel.

Bed is very confortable, the nearby park is a great place to relax. They have a protocol with a nearby restaurant and you receive 15% discount if they make you reservation there, and the food at that restaurant is really delicious. Price of accomodation is super ok.

A hen party was booked into the 2 rooms next to us and had also stayed the previous night and had aparentley caused trouble. there had been complaints from other guests. Even though the staff were aware of this they put us in the room next to them even though there were other rooms available. They woke us up shouting at 3 in the morning

The rooms are very basic and just big enough to get round the bed. The bathroom is the pre-moulded style of caravans with just enough room to sit or stand. One towel each. Feels like a holiday scout camp. Has a 15% discount at Campanile restaurant next door, but they were not welcoming to us at all with a dog. An unpleasant experience. They did agree to make pizza to take away, which was tasty. However, there is a MacDonalds around the corner so I suggest dog owners go there. We had to sit outside whatever the weather, whereas Ibis happy to let us in restaurant. The auto check-in did not work for me so was glad that we arrived before reception shut or we might have been stuck.

The receptionist was very nice and my son liked the hot chocolate at breakfast. Cheaper than many hotels in France, but that's what you get.

Friendly staff and easy to understand. Great location close to a McDonalds and a petrol station a couple of minutes to the motorway. Nice part of town not the usual idustrial estate that some motels are on. Nice lake to walk by if you have the time.

The hotel is in need of refurbishing OUTSIDE. Inside it is excellent and has been updated to a very high standard. Staff were very welcoming and we enjoyed out stay once again. It is one of the quietest Premier Hotels we have stayed in. The lake behind the hotel is worth a visit.

Only one hard chair in the room a softer seat after a days travelling would have been nicer. Also it is not well placed to visit the city centre although there are bus stops nearby.

As it was just an overnight stop it was convenient for the main road system and the staff were particularly helpful,

Good location for exploring Loire valley. Quiet place a bit outside of town. But if you're travelling by car it's ok and free parking is a massive advantage. Great deal for the price. Late check-in wasn't a problem either ( to compare most of the hotels in France shut at 7-8pm)

Rooms were tiny. As soon as you opened the front door you were in danger of tripping over the bed! Functional - not even a picture on a wall. Bathroom was like a plastic cubicle type add on with integrated washbasin, toilet and shower - bit like you get on board a ship. Could only really use washbasin to wash your hands as too small a confine and mirror and taps in the way to get your face to the basin (to shave)  for example. If you don't expect much you won't be disappointed. Good for a one night stopover on your travels.

Easy check in Pleasant staff Comfortable bed Good value for money though booking directly with the establishment rather than through booking.com would be 10% cheaper! There's no restaurant (for dinner) on site, but the hotel can give you a (validated) voucher entitling you to 15% off food and drink at the Campernile hotel next door. Alternatively, there's a hotel / grill opposite the Campernile. I didn't fancy the Campernile food as I consider it too pricey for what you get, and having walked to the hotel / grill opposite at 8.40pm, was told they had no places available (despite being half empty), I therefore walked about 400m down the road to a Countepaille restaurant (next door to McDonald's) which was a gem of a find. Great food at good prices.
