Parking was a bit difficult and the noise of traffic can disturb your sleep. Get there late and leave early and you will be fine.

It is basic accomodation, no frills. Good for what it provides but it is a one night stay place just to put your head down. Good position close to Blagnac airport. Not recommended for a romantic hotel to impress your partner. To be fair it does its job, it is what it is.

    Nothing. All was good.

So close to motorway for a drive through France. Rooms are small but adequate for a one night stay. On site restaurant was great value, as was breakfast.

I didn’t like that we had people opening the door to our room while we were still in bed and then again when we were getting dressed! Just opened the door with no notice or warning! Very rude!

The location is really far from the city centre you have to walk for mostly 20 mins to get the nearest Metro station. And then use the metro to go to city centre.

The bedside lights have a button with a permanent presence/guide/night light that is way too strong and might impair sleep and confort to lighter sleepers like me.

It was quite nicely arranged with small green spaces and lots of lights, wich made it look very nice even in the middle of what seemed like an industrial space. Quite confortable and clean. The lady at the reception was very friendly.

The hotel is quite far away from the last underground station, it was not enought for our stay there. The room is really teeny tiny, basically the whole space is filled with bed and small table. That would be a not problem for people who just want to stay there for a night. It is lclose to the highway, so it is suitable for drivers. We even did not stay there our last night because the heating was not working, only when outside is less than 0 degree (that time it was 3 degrees). So only air condition was working which was not enough for us (we have been there with 7 months old baby). Even when more people were complaining about the temperature (that told us at reception) they were not willing to cancel and refund our last night even when we explained that we cannot stay there with a baby anymore.

the bed was quite comfortable and the breakfast were ok

The bathroom was small Other hotel guests stay in the balcony in front of the rooms and talk and smoke disturbing people who want to sleep

The accomodation was outside the city of Toulouse but we had a car and this was not a problem for us. The bed was big and super comfortable. Everything was fine, the lady at the reception was very nice and spoke very good English. We are at a restaurant few meters walking from the hotel. Good value for money

We were not alone. There was a family of cockroaches living in the room. Very terrifying experience. No hand towel was given; only 1 shower towel per person. The shower was very uncomfortable and small. The breakfast was very basic, but OK for the money.

Free parking (outside, not in a garage). Vending machine available (accepting two payment methods: credit card and cash).

Their self check in is not something that actually helps since it can stop working. And for some the location can't be very appropriate if you want to explore Toulouse or if you want to walk around.

It's a very clean and confortable place, trust me you'll have a great sleep since their beds are amazingly comfy, and there's not a lot of noise although its near highways. The staff is very attentive and helpful.

Bathroom door was broken, dead flies in the bathroom, main door wouldn't close properly. We stayed once in January for a funeral and spent the whole night awake as 8 guys were in the room next to us blaring music and smoking weed, called security and they did nothing. This time again we said we would try it and we were awake most of the night with banging and people shouting. Complained the following day to staff who didn't care either. Would rather sleep in a car then stay here again!

That we only had to stay there one night

The location was isolated, hence causing me to waste money booking taxis. Due to its isolation and language barriers, communication was painfully ineffective. In fact, when I left the same day, they couldn't understand why after I spent time explaining the reasons.

The misrepresentation of the fact that they had no one with conversational English fluency.

The Night porter didn't have a clue what he was doing when we pre-arranged a late arrival. Caused chaos for the poor receptionist the next morning who had to book our bus load of people the next morning as a result. I got charged an extra £618 for three rooms on my card when me and my party paid for the rooms in the morning after arrival. I am now in a dispute with my bank about trying to get this refunded. A 30 Euro taxi away from city centre

Staff were helpful in a difficult situation and did the best they could which should be commended.

Unfortunately, the plumbing in the adjoining bedroom was defective and there was the sound of water running all night - presumed to be constant running of the toilet flush. On 2 occasions the toilet flush press pad in our room stuck twice and had to be released by pulling the pad outwards manually. It seems the same problem had occurred in the adjoining bedroom causing the noise of constant running water which kept me awake most of the night. There was no attendant on site after 9pm so nothing could be done about the problem.

Little "nightlights" on the switches for the bed lamps can't be turned off, they are right above your eyes, would recommend the hotel disable or cover these to make for a perfect night's sleep. Recommend guests have a car to get into town.

Great bed, well insulated rooms are fairly quiet, very new and clean hotel, shower is fairly good albeit a bit small. Staff are great.

Very small rooms but think most Premiere Classe of similar size. Didn't like the fact all access on outside of building, prefer hotel style rooms. Wifi poor.

    Staff helpful. Clean room

Staff barely speaks english. They also charged my credit card without my concern. Room was a little bigger than a closet. Bed is half a step from the entrance door and shower +toilet is half a step away from another side of the bed. No hot water. Wi-fi was extremely slow. Noisy neighbourhood. Location for tourism is quite bad, unless you have a car.

Bearable place to sleep during road trip. For any other purposes place's horrible.

Poor location, suitable for those who have transport, but for those take public transport, the bus no 110 only works from Monday to Friday.

they offer discount if you have meals at the restaurant nearby.

You know what to expect with a Premiere Classe - cheap and cheerful accommodation. The receptionist was very helpful, and the room was clean and quiet. What more do you want?

Room is very basic and Wifi is very weak at nighttime.

Excellent location if you just bypass the Toulouse. The Le Restaurant provide you nice and cheap 3-course diner at 18€.

Poor wifi but enough to check your emails.

It's great to have a cheap option and sometimes that's all you want but don't expect too much. Secure parking. Will accept dogs.

Very industrial area, my room was tired, no hot water early in morning

Good location for airport, and there is a truck park right around the corner which has a bar and restaurant.. Not luxury dining, but good honest food. 3 courses; salad bar, choice of main.. I had pork chop, cheese, dessert coffee and a carraff of wine for an unbelievable €13..
