The fact that on the first day I had no toilet paper and had to go to the reception twice to get half a roll of toilet paper. The fact that I found cockroaches in the bathroom. The fact that our towels were not changed at all. The fact that the room was not warm enough.

I liked that the room was quite large and I also liked the view out the large windows. The sealing of the windows was very good. I also liked that someone came in every day and swept the room.

We arrived at 12 pm and inquired at the reception if our room was ready for delivery. The receptionist kindly informed us that it was not yet prepared but assured us that they would expedite the cleaning process. Despite the promise that the room would be ready shortly, we were kept waiting in the lobby until 2 pm.

Location: situated on a bustling street with a persistent beggar stationed in front of the door on the street. Room: cleaned and almost clear. Just there were beds, blankets, pillows, towels and sheets!!

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the recent stay at the hotel that I reserved through your service. I had booked a room with high expectations, but unfortunately, the experience fell far short of what was promised in comparison to the amount paid. The condition of the furniture was extremely antiquated. Moreover, there were no closets or hangers for clothes. The elevator could only accommodate two people at a time, causing significant delays. The noise from the street permeated the rooms, leaving no sense of tranquility. The place felt more like a den and did not warrant the sum I paid for the reservation. I attempted to cancel my reservation after the first night, only to discover that charges had been deducted for five nights. I am deeply disheartened that my accommodation did not meet the standards outlined in your service details. This experience has been exceedingly unpleasant, and I feel it does not justify the amount paid. As a result, I am hopeful that you will reconsider the charges incurred. I believe in addressing concerns directly, which is why I will opt for in-person reservations for future trips, bypassing booking applications. It's run down, not well maintained, and dirty. The bathroom was so small and dirty (there were bugs in there).

Beds were actually decent, and it was right next to a metro station so getting around was super easy and convenient. Also close to lots of options for food, and the staff was friendly and helpful when we checked in.

The hotel is right next to a main street so there is noise all night long. It is old and the walls are all broken and with dirty spots. The beds were old though comfy and with clean sheets.The lift says 3 people but fits 2 only. Definitely not worth the money we spent, it was very disappointing because the photos look very nice and in reality, the hotel looks like in them but 20 years later...

Surroundings were really dirty but thats not the hotels fault. On booking it says they have a breakfast room, but when i asked, they said they dont have that. In our bathroom we found 3 cockroaches and two other small insects over our 2 night stay. Hotel in itself is not in great shape, also no free wifi (you have to pay for it). Elevator is really small.

Direct access to metro, bakeries and grocery store. Staff was nice, easy to find. Bed was comfortable.

Very, very unattractive and in much need of renovating. We were desperate for a bed so it did us but the walls are peeling and unpainted, there are holes in the ceilings with wires hanging down, dirty sheets at the bottom of the beds, no shower curtains so the bathroom floods and becomes a lethal slip hazard, the check-in area is massively unsightly and cluttered and we were woken at midnight by a fight outside the chicken shop opposite where a woman smashed a bottle and threatened to stab someone who was already in a brawl with others. Surprised booking.com actually advertise this place. But like I said, if you're desperate for a bed then it has that.

The room was small and lack basic amenities. Due to lack of air-conditioner, we had to keep the window open and it was really noisy that we couldn't sleep well during the whole stay. We regretted having the room facing the street. The room was not clean and the beds had wear and tear marks. ONLY the appreciable factor is the availability of a big fridge with a freezer and microwave oven, and a small table fan to beat the heat of the summer. The shower curtain was also not fixed well due to which it fell down and we had to tighten the rod with supporting stuffs. There was free WIFI but it never worked for us. The hotel overall is not clean and not worth the money we spent.

The location was good though it's near the outskirt of Paris.

The facility itself was very rundown and not well maintained. Sheets and towels were clean, but the room and common spaces left much to be desired. We also had no control over the temperature in our room. It was January, and it was incredibly cold out. Our room was very cold as well despite speaking with the front desk.

The location was good if looking for something outside of city center that is still very well connected via metro. Places to eat and pick up basic things are abundant.
