The rooms definitely need some refurbishment, feels a bit run down with the wall corrections, misaligned tiles and corrected bathtub. In the restaurant in the morning it was extremely cold.

The staff was nice, breakfast is it generous and it is very good that you can park on the site for free.

The hotel is past it’s best decor wise. Needs updating throughout. Corridor smelt of cigarette smoke. Cracked tiles in bathroom. Property would be great if updated throughout.

Property and room were clean and spacious. It is a business hotel in the business area of Nice. It was easy via bus and Tram to get into Nice around 40mins.

They ask me for full payment (2 nights) directly after arrival. Why? Hotel is near to highway, there is huge noise all day. Pictures are not actual, you can feel that the best days of this hotel are gone. For the price I paid the quality was very very low. No fridge / minibar in the room.

A refrigerator in the room for water, etc would have been better They needed more staff. One person for Reception, bar and pool, wasn't adequate.

And Pool was great to have. Parking within the grounds was plentiful. Location made driving to major areas within 30 minutes (Nice, MonteCarlo, Antibes and Cannes).

The surroundings are not very spectacular; is more a sleeping hotel. Also missing some more deck chairs in the swimming pool area.

They couldn't fix the safe in our room so we weren't able to use it which was annoying for us because we had to always carry out our valuable stuff. They didn't change the sheets and pillow covers for our entire stay even they clearly needed a change

One treadmill did not work (maybe past its day), 2nd treadmill would only perform display options, not really enough for my efforts, too much of someone else's ego attached.

The location suited our needs perfectly, our room had what was expected. Check in was nice and easy, sadly we did not get to use the restaurant or pool. Nice to have a kettle for drinks in the room, a fridge would have been nice.

Excellent location. The hotel was very nice with a big swimming pool and everything very clean. Also it has chargers for electric cars and it is a complete hotel with everything you need. The service and staff are also very kind and friendly and everything works smoothly. I highly recommend Promotel hotel. Definitely I will also go again in the future.

I loved it. Despite the fact that we only found a suite, we shared it with two other friends and it was very good. The couch was confortable, the rooms are separated by a door and you have separate bathrooms as well and mini fridges. Feee pool, towels included, outdoor gym with minimul requirements. We even had a teeth brushing kit. The receptionist presented us the suite before we took the decision to stay (++). And the comunication was exceptional. A very good breakfast, fancy, and serving table were around the pool. Free parking and about 10 minutes away from the beach side. A very good value for what it is offering.
