Wifi in the TV did not work. Room service order came missing. Plug in the bath tub did not come out. Overall, everybody was very helpful but the response was a little bit slow but overall happy with the hotel. Technichan was not speaking English but that is fine. Instructions on exit for the parking lot was not clear, but figured it out ourselves.

Location was great. Food was great for value for money. Room space, layout and quality of beds were pretty good. There were mini niceties such as coffee capsules were original Nespresso and curtains were automatic. Great discount on parking next to the hotel.

Hotel personell should be more strict. People with Pyjamas in the breakfast room is not acceptable.

Nice Hotel directly at the river Seine. Good connection with public transportation (Metro 14) to the city center. Car parking directly opposite to the hotel. Breakfast is very good. Great variety and friendliy personell.

Unfortunately Metro was under construction so we felt a bit far off from Paris. The next station was abour 25 minutes walk… Not the hotels fault of course :)

Unfortunately the pool closed on the second day and was one of the main reasons that we chose the hotel. Pool was also cold.

The room was large, clean and comfortable. We ate in the restaurant which was excellent and tried a cocktail. The late checkout was very helpful.

Whilst the hotel is very family friendly, the restaurant does not offer much for children which was disappointing. For the adults, whilst the food looked incredible, it wasn’t actually great and again, limited choice.

We were 4 people in one room but had only got towels and water for 2 - and similarly kept having to ask for more toilet paper, which then took quite some time to arrive. These are mere details, on the whole we were very content.

Clean hotel, very friendly and helpful staff, including the very friendly lady who checked us in, and the lady who cleaned our room. Good choice for breakfast, comfortable pool area. Good dining options in the restaurant. Although the location is our of the centre, metro line 14 is very efficient so you can easily get around the city. Also, the nearby restaurants and shops are good.

Sorry to say but we saw a mouse while eating at the restaurant. It ran all over the floor. We took videos and pictures of the mouse and were showing them to our waiter when he saw it run across the room. It was degusting and we asked to leave and get a full refund (we ate less than half our dinner). The waiter talked with the manager and only provided a refund for one of our drinks. This was completely unacceptable. We have no idea where that rodent had been, including our food. We were on vacation so decided not to make big deal about it just went for dinner and drinks at a nearby restaurant for the rest of the week. Again, the waiter saw it and we have video but will not upload it. I say this only if the hotel would like us to send it to them.

Location was close to a lot of shops and restaurants. There was a village nearby for basic necessities. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The bar area was comfortable and plenty of places to just sit and relax.

The fact they won’t microwave foods I have for my kid to eat . They would rather tell u they don’t have microwave . But the others would say oh we can’t help with a food from outside . Very annoying
