We couldn't get the TV to work but never bothered to ask for help. Our fault. The kitchen only had one socket which meant juggling plugs for the kettle, toaster etc.

We liked the location. A quiet traffic free neighbourhood with convenient shops, easy access to public transport and a huge lovely park around the corner. It's an area where real Parisians live. The apartment was well equipped. We felt right at home. Great value for money.

As we were preparing our bags before our checkout time, two different people from staff walked in on us. They didn’t even knock on the door first, they literally opened the door to the room on us. This happened about 40 minutes before checkout time.

The room has a very good size and it is very close to the metro station.

No air conditioner, toilet room was extremely small. For three nights a bit pricey.

If the temp around 22C to 15C at night would be fine, if it is hotter, then that then I would not recommend it. the area is very safe, good bakeries and coffee shops, and super market, subway is.very near by., most attractions 30 mins subway ride

Small issues really. Eg: coffee machine not working properly; plug sockets loose; duvet but no sheet for sofa bed; door to patio hard to open.

Very clean. Was pleased to have plenty of towels, pillows, washing up liquid, bin liners, tissues, toilet paper, tea towel. Rooms were clean and large windows made the environment pleasantly bright. No noise from adjoining properties. Excellent facilities in local area eg: supermarket; boulangerie; metro; restaurants; park.

The wash basin in the shower room had a terrible smell - possibly from the drain. We just shut the door instead of dealing with it as we stayed only for two nights and spent most of our time outside of the apartment.

Location near a beautiful park and convenient metro access . Staff was friendly and helpful. The laundry room for a small fee was convenient. Breakfast was simple and nice. You make your own eggs with a decent choice of bread, spreads , cereal fruit and drinks .

The directions provided by booking.com sent us 5 miles away to a different Aparthotel. Apparently, this happens fairly regularly according to the receptionist. Parking is rather limited but it is secure.

Well stocked kitchen and two bathrooms meant it was ideal for a family of four. It was clean and there was free Wi-Fi.

We happened to be in Paris during a heatwave. The fans in each room helped, but with no air conditioning it was still it was very warm in the room. This was not a fault of the property, just something to be aware of.

The location was great for our family. It was very close to several Metro stations, which made getting around Paris easy. There were many shops and restaurants to choose from. The staff were helpful and welcoming.

The location is great, no worries for safety, even though I read later that this is a "less favorable" district. This particular area is safe, also the metro stations nearby are ok. to use. Not tried at night though, maybe at night I would prefer a bus. The closed car parking was a great idea to choose, no worries during your stay, then you will also see why it is important, traffic seems to be chaotic, most cars are bumped with scratches, no wonder why...best is to use the metro. Nice park nearby, check it out as well. Clear recommendation from me.

Not too happy about the double size duvet, but luckily there was a regular size in a cupboard.

Nice quiet neighborhood, close to a park and metro stations for different metro lines. Great balcony facing a green backyard with some distance to the opposite block. Small but fully featured kitchen, perfect for breakfast and doable for dinner. Lots of cozy small restaurants and cafes in the area offering great food at reasonable prices. A short metro ride to the hustle and bustle of the main attractions, but equally just a short ride to get back and to relax.

Door wouldnt close when we arrived at the room. Fixed directly by technical staff. The kitchen has no afzuigkap (dont know the english word 😀).

Good to keep in mind that this is a budget option even if not obvious. The furniture is relatively new but everything else is dated and sometimes not working (eg dryer). Room wasn’t super clean.

The apartment was a good size, we really appreciated the balcony with trees to look at and birds to hear singing! Nice peaceful neighbourhood, with some fabulous bakeries within very easy walking distance. Wonderful big park nearby, and easy access into central Paris. Brilliant!
