Super friendly staff and the tram stops just in front of the hotel. We were advised by the staff to use the tram to go to city centre. It was indeed a very good idea.

Far away from city center, but its private parking helps, although it is not a covered private parking.

Nice place, beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean. Staff was nice too.

To be honest this was the worst hotel I have ever been to. It was dirty (blood on a toilet??!!), too hot, no fresh air. The equipment, everything was so old. I could ´t wait to get ouf it. ..:(

Second visit so I guess I knew what I was getting. There's nothing special about this hotel yet I still like it :-)

Good location for the tram into town. Lovely view of the mountain behind the property. Room basic but nice. Breakfast was OK.

Would have been nice to get an evening meal without having go into the city, limited parking spaces and small bar. Parking is secured by a gate which is good.

Good breakfast but expensive, good room, good bed, quiet location but tram terminus outside the door, very handy and easy to use.

The room was very comfortable. Bed, tv... and also the bathroom. Everything was perfectly clean and a lot of different restaurants to go were around the restaurant. It was a nice experience!

The staff were friendly and helpful during check-in. Room was clean and tidy with free wifi and parking. It was great for a short stay and near enough to the city centre (a 10 min drive or 25-30 min stroll) so we very much enjoyed our time there.

One thing: Please add more english and german channels to your TV programme.

Very nice, clean upper standard room. Comfortable mattress, big flat screen, AC... Highlights: BATHTUB(!wow!) and steel kettle for tee and/or coffee which is very convenient when preparing for some businees in the room.

This was our fifth stop over, (following on from Toscolano Maderno), and was for 1 night. Unfortunately I cannot find any good things to say. The hotel was originally an Inter Hotel (Amarys) and had changed hands to the Kyriad. Reception staff were originally unable to find our booking, (not needed after riding over the mountains for the last 6 hours). The staff didn’t seem to know what they were doing as the key card to our room had not been activated, which meant another trip to reception. The lift was small and cramped and was only just big enough for 2 people carrying biking gear. Room numbers were not printed correctly on the doors, and the paintwork was tired and battered. There were several things broken in the bathroom, the tab on top of the lever to lift the plug from the sink was missing, I had to physically remove the plug from the bath to drain the water from the shower, as no matter how many times, or which way, I turned the dial to lift it, it did not work. The extractor fan did not work, and the switch on the outside of the bathroom was broken. The bed and pillows were the most uncomfortable I have ever tried to sleep in. Neither my wife or I, got much sleep. They then tried to charge us for breakfast (12 Euros each for a cup of coffee and croissants) which we didn’t have. The staff were not very helpful as we went out to eat (there is no restaurant), and did not advise as to where to go. Walking into centre ville, (30-45 mins) all the eating places were closing for the evening (6.00 pm), and we ended up on the edge of a shopping centre where the choice seemed to be Sushi or Subway, and the one we went to which was supposedly “Italian”. The staff here were not very pleasant, and the only reason it was Italian was because it served Pizza. Maybe it is a Grenoble thing. I am marking this one down as places to avoid.

    Nothing.

The once wide artery where the hotel is located, due to the recent tram line, is now down to one lane of traffic and very tedious if you are driving during busy times. Don't let this put you off, just search for alternative routes with your satnav !

This hotel is a gem if you are looking for a base on the outskirts of the city. The wifi works and the secure car park is included. Staff are friendly and the room was impeccable. Plenty of free street parking and tram line and bus routes run past the hotel.

Nice and helpful staff. But the best part was a pizzeria next door! I do not remember the name of the place but it had an amazing pizza and delicious lasagna. Hands down the best pizza I've ever had outside of Italy. It was perfect to have food to go and eat it while in the room after a long drive. Thank you for the recommendation.
