We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

GreeceMy only complaint was the bed. I found it hard and the pillows not comfortable also. Once they fix this the hotel could be a little gem.
I dont know what people expect from a three star hotel but Kyriad met my expectations. First of all the location is good. Less than 10 minutes away from the main tram hub (Nancy - Lorraine). Then its another 10-15 min to the main attractions. The location of the hotel per se is very good in a green area and very near to the tram stop. Breakfast was great, the room was nice with a big flat tv and nice bathroom. Excellent choice for the price even for a short stay in Grenoble.

Hungarythe room was clean, the size was ok, the bathroom was also in good condition. ideal for a four-day stay. the tram that takes you to the center stops a few meters away. there is a pharmacy, park, and shop near the hotel. but the downtown area can be reached in 15 minutes by public transport. breakfast is plentiful and has a wide variety of choices. staff is nice

FranceOur room on the top (third) floor was pretty dated with chipped paintwork, off-white/grey net curtains and horrible, dated metal windows very much in need of an upgrade/refurb. Possibly, other rooms are less shabby? The bathroom was clean, but equally shabby with peeling paintwork.
Good value budget hotel. Safe parking behind closed gates. Fairly close to town centre via just 4 stops on the tram from the E line Terminus to 'Alsace Lorraine' stop (town centre, shops and many restaurants). Also easy access to motorway. Staff were helpful and cheerful and breakfast was great. Comfortable bed and pillow. Nice hot shower. Downstairs reception, breakfast and bar area is very nice, clean, trendy and welcoming.

GermanyThe water tap in the bathroom was not working properly because it was leaking and the hot water was too weak. The experience to me was too bad.
The location is good and it is easy to find. They have own parking spaces and they seem to be sufficient. The staff was good. The breakfast is normal and still good! There is egg boiler.

United KingdomQuite a way from Grenoble Centre, but excellent local transport made journey quick and efficient. Not a problem for me and I enjoyed being in a quiter area and happy to walk to destinations.
Staff really helpful. Arrived early on motorbike and allowed to leave in secure parking (security chain provided) until room available. Room was pleasant, decent size and had tea/coffee making facility.

A great location in Grenoble, with a secure gated car park for my motorcycle. Night attendant was very helpful in guiding me to local shop as a I arrived in the evening and just wanted to grab some supplies and turn in. Usual European buffet breakfast of a reasonable standard.

Friendly welcome, everything clean and functional. Obliging for storing my bicycle . Pretty shaded terrace was pleasant for breakfast ( which was also varied , decent, good value ). Very comfortable bed, very simple and controllable a/c (clim). Larger than average tv . It really exceeded expectations for a “chain” hotel such that I might tentatively look in preference to Kyriad in future
