Room was big enough and clean. Room had a nice sea view and also big enough balcony. Location is close to the Nice airport. Takes just 10 mins by tram or bus.

Not clean, nobody answers at the telephone of reception, in two stayings of 3-4 days not once refill of coffee and sugar in the room, soap and shampoo in bottles not refilled at time, food remains on the corridor more than 12 hours, bottles on the corridor remained more than one day!”

It was a little too far from the main centre of town but that was our fault.

Long waiting for check in- no staff at late hours, empty fridge!!! Have not seen that in a 4 star hotel anywhere.

The five different replies for the parking slots in the garage. Available, not available. maybe ,come back later ,and dont know.

the bedroom was very noisy being right on the main road. The situation is ideal if you are catching a plane but too far away from the old town. The staff were very nice but totally disorganised at the reception.

Very modern hotel with fresh and clean facilities. Staff was friendly and everything was in order. The rooftop terrasse is beautiful with very nice view over Nice and the Ocean. Location is also good as its a bit outside city centre but very easy to get into the city with either the tram or bus.

The things I did not like in hotel - 1) there was no variety in breakfast, all three days, I stayed, had same menu 2) There was no complementary waters, which we normally used to get in India in same chain 3) Hotel roof top restaurants hardly has options for lunch and dinner.

Location is very good and nice stay with family. Hotel was clean as the room. For me was little uncomfortable to move inside with baby cot else was fine.

No hairdryer, slippers, bathrobes in the room. You must ask for everything... The room needs some repairs, as there are signs of wear and tear. For example, some doors are broken, pieces are missing from the walls, and the furnishings look worn. Given the nightly rate, the property could aim for higher standards and quality. The staff fulfills their basic duties, but they do not seem highly motivated to provide exceptional service or pay close attention to details that would elevate the guest experience. More attentiveness to the condition of the rooms and a warmer welcome for guests would be appreciated.

The room presented an awe-inspiring panorama! Despite the slightly expensive parking, it fulfilled its intended function. The breakfast offered an array of options that left nothing to be desired, although the timing should be extended until 11am on weekdays as well. Moreover, the room service met our expectations.

Residents should not be charged the same as the public for car parking. It should be free (the car park was only half full every time I was in it), or at a much reduced rate for residents compared to the public. I was told different information 3 times, with the latest information from the front desk saying that it is 32 euro for 24 hours, but if I leave the car in there for less than 24 hours, it will be pro rata for the number of hours. However, I still got charged 32 euro for leaving the car in the car park for approx 16 hours (evening time to the following morning). Tiles in the bathroom floor were broken. Shower head did not work properly.

The receptionist lady should learn how to fake a smile, at least. She is very rude and unpleasant. The parking is very expensive and costs 30 euros a night.

One small disappointment. The TV had no chanels available where we could get English language news. A bit surprising for an international hotel. Also, we do not require new towels every day but it didn't matter where we put them they were replaced with new ones every day. Perhaps the hotel could spell out their clean towel policy a bit clearer as they do have an energy conservation policy.

The location of the hotel is great - close to the airport without the noise, and just a short tram trip from the airport to the hotel. Just 40 minutes stroll along the waterfront to the city and old town and markets (or a short tram trip). We stayed in the hotel for 7 nights. Our room was spacious with a huge comfortable bed and a balcony overlooking the bay and along the coast. It was completely quiet when the balcony door was closed so no disturbance from traffic. Breakfast was a feast of options. Breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful. I used the sauna twice and it was clean and fine.

We were disappointed about the noise levels from the airplanes and cars, which meant that we didn't use the balcony at all. This had been the reason why we chose the hotel, so that was a bummer. Also, even though it was mid-February, the room was really hot, so the only way we could sleep at night was with the window open ... and with the noise. Beds were less comfy than usual radisson blu quality.

The pool (even if i could use it, as it’s closed now) is really small and the picture on the ad is not really like that.

Sea first line location, close to the airport, good breakfast. The reception staff super professional, friendly and kind, My TV was not working and got sorted in minutes. Great sauna working at its best quality. Also the rooftop restaurant, very cosy

I have to be honest and had a couple of issues, air conditioning in our room was terrible! I put up with it but should have complained really but I’d already unpacked. The gym wasn’t very well equipped, (very basic equipment and the multi gym had snapped cables. Coffee pods for machine weren’t replaced daily so I had to go to reception each day to ask for more. Final point was very annoying, received a call in our room at 01:30am and told to keep the noise down! (I was asleep as we were flying early in the morning) so this is as a bit out of order! Their mistake but not very acceptable.
