I would have loved to able to sit outside terrace of the hotel, which was the main reason I chose this hotel but unfortunately the weather did not permit. My room had a small veranda though with sitting options. My room’s bathroom situation was kind of weird, after using the toilet in the toilet-only mini room, you need to go to shower/bath room in order to wash your hands. And the soap dispenser is so far away from the sink. It could be improved by simply adding a mini hand washing unit to the toilet room as well. I am about to piss off a very talented French chef probably, but the fish curry portion was not enough for one person. My apologies Monsieur, I was still hungry after that meal. Please change that shower head. It takes forever to wash with it. And maybe adding a small bath bomb could be a good idea since this room is featured by the bath. No larger size inclusive bathrobes.

I did not realize this was a super high end hotel, I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was 10/10, stars all around, I felt very supported and looked after. The room was really clean, the bed was perfect, I would love to buy their pillows. I highly recommend upgrading to my room (the one with the bath), gorgeous view and overall a beautiful large, comfortable room. The bathroom had a towel warmer bar thingy that I use at my home as well, which was 10/10, so useful. Add this to every hotel. The location is really good, easy to reach all of Petite France by walking. (But do consider that you will also want to walk to Notre Dame which is kind of a bit far from here, all of important museums and boats are there) Do experience their special Easter menu if you arrive around that time. A very gourmand experience. They also gave me a chocolate Easter bunny on my pillow 🥹 Which honestly made my day. The room service was also excellent with one exception.

Extremely small bath with hand shower. Weird angle of roof makes it near impossible to have a decent shower/bath.

Amazing property with absolutely perfect location. Spotlessly clean. Excellent communication from front-desk prior to check-in with directions to drop bollards. Great room with perfect view of Petite France.

Shower needs a renewal, it's uncomfortable due to it falls and water spills out. Breakfast is expensive (30 pp)

Interconnecting Deluxe rooms were spacious, pretty well decorated and comfortable. Staff is kind.

Parking was a bit expensive! But, it was locked inside a garage.

Probably the best hotel staff on our latest European tour. Hotel in a fabulous position. Nice bar.

Slippery stairs in the winter to access the jacuzzi. The toilet is separate from the rest of the bathroom and does not have a sink.

We went for a drink in the bar after diner, service was not quite well. We ordered our tea's and 10 minutes later we asked where our teas were and apparantly they were forgotten. There were only 4 tables occupied, so it was not really busy. Also they forgot to give us sugar. Thea costs 7€, not even a small cake or chocolate received. The sheets on our bed were not so clean, there was hair on the sheets.

We received an upgrade from our rooms, always very nice of course. The room was spacious. Breakfast was fine.

The jacuzzi could have been a tiny bit hotter for my taste, but I recognize that this may be a question of taste.

The staff were amazingly helpful and kind. Nothing was ever a bother to them and all of our needs were tended to.

Unfortunately there was miscommunication with the booked dates for our stay. I missed the cancellation rules (buried in a lengthy 3 page email from the hotel!) and the hotel took it upon themselves to charge the room amount using cc details on booking.com. My email to the hotel was "enquiring" about the possibility for booking one extra night, the hotel replied "confirmed" the extra night, hence the mix up. I didn't agree nor confirm the extra night. This was very unfortunate as all other communication with the hotel via the booking.com app was very efficient. This made an already expensive hotel stay, even more expensive!

The hotel is absolutely beautiful! We visited during the xmas markets - the location, xmas decorations, xmas atmosphere and view were amazing!!! All staff were very friendly. Spa - free for guests was great!
