The family room was a very large suite (especially for Paris) and very comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location is very useful - with lots of eateries nearby, as well as the metro. Free wifi and USB charging points all very helpful.

Although I was given the wifi password for my room and I was able to connect to it, the signal was so low that it would drop every 2 minutes, not making it possible to use (for some late work for example). The smell coming out of the bathroom was also really bad (like really bad old pipes), and I had to have the door closed at all times. The smell was actually so bad on the first night that it woke me up in the middle of the night.

The location of the hotel was great (close to the center of Paris, bars and restaurants). The room itself was spacious and the staff was really nice.

though positioned as a 4*-hotel, some drawbacks have exhibited that this is not the case, The bath is narrow and a bit tired. The lobby is small and sometimes overcrowded. The corridors seem to tiny and extremely narrow. Noice can be heard from neighboring rooms.

The front desk staff was amazing! They helped set up sightseeings and gave cozy restaurant recommendations. The hotel is conveniently located to the northern train station - Gare de Nord - only 10 minutes by foot and other public transportation, `for example, a metro station is just behind the corner. In the very vicinity there are a lot of restaurants, and pubs. We opted to have breakfast at the hotel on mornings when we were running short on time, which was also very nice and convenient. WiFi worked perfectly throughout our stay.

The safe in the room did not work and we stayed in two rooms in that hotel two times both rooms the safe was not fixed although I asked few times

I liked the room for 3 people that had space for 3 suitcases . The breakfast was very good

The cushions and pillows on the bed were cheap and flimsy making it quite uncomfortable! The city tax we were told on our booking confirmation was significantly less than what we had to pay when we arrived at the hotel. The room is small but perfect for what we wanted!

We enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is located near a metro line and so easy to get around everywhere.

Carpet in the hallway looks a bit dirty

Nice hotel with perfect location near to the metro. Diverse neighbourhood with lots of restaurants and delicious bakery. Clean room and bathroom. Simple but good breakfast. Friendly staff.

The safe was broken we were two times in the hotel in two different rooms and they were not working ,I complained I was told the maintenance is coming only twice a week .. Well we were a total of 4 days so where were they ?? For a 4 star hotel this is unacceptable

The Breakfast was very good lots of options with cheeses and many more . The location is ok not the greatest area but with the Metro you can get anywhere

Shower water temperature was temperamental. It would be boiling hot one minute and then cold.

The location was great. Great to get to & from Gare Du Nord if you’re travelling via Eurostar but it is also great if you fly like we did. It was a 15min walk to Gare Du Nord then 18 min train ride straight to Charles Du Gaulle airport. The location of the hotel was easy to get to all the main attractions via Metro or walking. The staff were so friendly & very helpful. The room was a nice size, clean & cozy. Overall, I would definitely stay at Hotel Regina Opera Grands Boulevards again. Thank you

2 night stay but both mornings I had 2 cold showers. The water simply wasn’t hot. It was either freezing cold or boarding on lukewarm.

Staff were amazing, hotel well placed near Gard Du Nord and pretty much on Grand Boulevards. Metro station about 1 minute walk away. Comfy bed and clean.

Not a 4 star hotel by any means A bed is pretty short A room is pretty small Old doors and windows - we heard noise both from street and corridors
