The location is magnificent. The reception lady was lovely and extremely helpful. The room had a balcony, which we loved on the hot night we had. The bed was comfortable, and the apartment was spacious. The restaurant was convenient for dinner and breakfast and the supermarket close by. We loved it here because it was casual, comfortable, and a great location.

Kitchen Facilities were outdated. The room had no visible working AC which was advertised on the website. Be very careful about receiving any payment link from the property or being told you cannot pay on arrival. I was almost scammed and continuously told I had to pay before we arrived, however, paid straight away with reception with no questions asked

Comfortable stay for 3 in a room with one mattress. Halal food was a bonus. Monte carlo was great. Best travel by train for a return journey

The staff! The receptionist that welcomed me at the check in was horrible! She make me feel very unwelcome and she was very arrogant. The only good service that I had was the receptionist in the morning that was very sweet and she give me one extra hour before the check out.

the bed saw better days

as per usual, you think you are booking a room from the picture and on arrival you discover being allocated a very different room. But the room was ok. The bed was almost comfortable:-) Importantly, the location is superb! it’s 3 km walk from the Menton old town where many restaurants are located, but here there are a few lovely restaurants on the terraces overlooking the sea. Lovely menus! The area is much quieter so we preferred to stay here , on the beach, during the day and to walk to the old Menton town in the evening

AC was not working all of our stay. Staff is really nonchalant.

Extraordinary location, great breakfast. Restaurant staff (not really part of the hotel) helpful when our AC shut down.

Felt slightly looked down upon when checking in - prioritising guests before us - maybe unfavourable towards young people especially as we had backpacks

The only thing I wished was better was a secure parking area. But I parked on street nearby and all was well :)

Absolutely amazing location, just across the street from the (stony) beach. Fantastic breakfast!!! Staff are very nice, especially the lady who checked me in. The room was small but provided me with all I required. I would happily return.

Two main complaints: Bad aircondition (seemed to work like a big fan, not actually changing the air inside). Even on full power it was still hot inside. This might also have to do with poor isolation in the housing. Not sound isolated between rooms and hallway, we could hear every time someone was in the hallway. Not sound isolated door.

Good location, right by the Beach. About 30 minute walk to menton centre. Bus to Monaco and Nice Airport right outside the door. Friendly and helpful staff who also was proficient in english. Okay beds, not super comfortable, but also not bad. Clean rooms.
