We reserved a two beds bedroom and they only had rooms with single double bed. Shower was very small and uncomfortable. There was no soap dispenser in the shower, we had to use the one in the hand-washer. Very limited options for breakfast.

The location is great, it’s really close to metro stations, walking distance from Eiffel Tower and with many restaurants and bars in the surroundings. The room was really basic, very clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was nice, not much variety, but everything was tasty.

Be prepared that coffee and tea are placed downstairs at the reception, not in the rooms so need to go up and down. But it's unlimited including crossaints, popcorn, hot apple drink and water fountain.

Great location, close to Eiffel tower, we could walk everywhere to see all monuments and historic places. We were lucky to be on top floor so have seen top of Eiffel tower. Very friendly staff. Once they found out it was a trip for my daughters birthday, they had made extra surprise for her in our bedroom when we went out. Very good value for money.

The room is really small, and so is the bathroom. They charged my partner's credit card, whose info he'd shared because they asked us to when we arrived, with the total amount of our stay by mistake even though we'd already paid for it via booking.com. They were quick to resolve the problem, but that certainly impacted negativaly our experience in the hotel.

The hotel met all our needs! Location is great and breakfast was better than expected. There are different options of metro lines around the hotel, and there are restaurant and other amenities nearby. Room is very small, but clean and with a comfortable bed.

The shower is a lot narrow.

The location is amazing, close to the Eiffel Tower, Galerie Lafayette, and the metro station. The breakfast is delicious and every night they make a “tea”with apple, cinnamon, ginger, pineapple that was absolutely perfect for Paris winter and yummy.

Our room was small enough but fine, however the bathroom facilities were tiny! My husband is not a heavy man, however he just about fit in the shower. I also found it so tight to try move my arms to wash my hair. It definitely wasn’t good value for the price we paid.

It was a good location, very near a metro line. It was very clean and bed linen and towels changed everyday.

A kettle and tea making facilities in bedrooms for English guests. There weren’t enough bowls, cups and glasses in the restaurant and we kept having to request more.

All the staff were very friendly, there were nice touches like the kettle and refillable water at the reception. Everywhere was very clean. The bed was comfortable. I like the moral ethos there eg fruit in season, sustainable coffee. The breakfast was excellent quality. The hotel was near lots of metro stations and lots of shops plus a market on Sunday and Wednesday. We could walk to Eiffel Tower. The staff let you leave your bags so you can explore the city and maximise your time before and after check-in/out

Bathrooms were a little bit small.

Staff went above and beyond to make my mum and sister feel special on their birthdays! They really exceeded my expectations and gave us joining rooms which made it even more special. They were all so polite and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was lovely, great value! And room was quiet (even though we were facing the metro) couldn’t hear them at all. We were also only about a 15 minute walk from the Eiffel Tower, perfect location and little conscience store next door was handy.
