Rooms were fantastic. Staff attentive to all questions and did their best to help. Lovely gym area! Feels safe and great location to explore France.

When we returned from dinner the first night, our bathroom and front area of room were flooded. The smell was terrible, and we could not access our belongings. The problem appeared to be with the toilet drain line. The hotel responded very quickly and gave us another room, but we could not get settled until 2 am. We were very surprised and disappointed that no one from the hotel management contacted us regarding this inconvinience

The location was great. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was very helpful and pleasant . The hotel accommodated an early check-in that was very beneficial after our long flight from Miami

Michel a staff who did not know customer service 101 and started arguing on our booking , however Lola a very smart and kind staff who helped us changing the booking and escorted us till she was sure that we were comfortable. We'll done Lola and best of luck in your hotelier career Breakfast Area staff.. they've ere amazing and helpful working as a team .. keep it up 👍

All of the hot items for breakfast were cold. I ordered an omelette that never came staff at breakfast was not attentive. also had elevator in repair only 1 working.

The only setback for this hotel is its elevator - the hotel has more than 7 floors and there are only two elevators for both staff and guest, the pain part is that one out of two is under decoration/maintainance so there's only one elevator available for both guest and staff. Consequently, during some peak traffic time like breakfast and checkout, we have to wait long time to get into the elevator since sometimes it's full. Although it's a bit not acceptable but I would say this is understandable, the hotel locates in center Paris and the buildings here have limited allowance to do reconstruction/redecoration.

Location is great - 300 meters from the Arc of Triumph and walking distance to two Metro station and RER station, which makes it very convenient to travel to different part of Paris. Room is big and the bed is very comfortable. The staff are very friendly and they refill the supplements very frequently - water, tower, hotel slippers and etc. During my stay, I never worry about being lack of these. The breakfast is also good - wide variety and good quality.

The lobby gets very busy and noisy which can be a tad overwhelming. It’s a big hotel and they only have 2 lifts so you sometimes have to wait to go up/down.

When check in the room was having some smoke smell but they did changed the room for us. The housekee staff should have noticed the smell and alerted the front office.

The staff especially at the front office. All of them.were helpful and friendly.. We requested for 12pm check in and they managed to do so.

can’t understand how the controller for the room works as it is not the usual air conditioner settings. the temperature is too cold in the room. the view from our room 704 is too far to see Eiffel and arc de triomphe. it is the last room of that stretch.

The staffs were amazing and friendly., And for a solo traveler like me, 1st time in Paris, the guest relations officers provided advice and booked my travel plan for me. I requested a room with windows and natural sunlight, I was given an upgrade. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Paris. Accessible to Champs Elysees 5 - 7mins walk, Arc De Triomphe is just 2 mins walk,

lifts were not working most of the time , we need to wait long time to get it as one of the lifts was mostly out of service during our stay and sometimes I used stairs . and over all I think the hotel worth a 4 star due to building, amenities and rooms quality .

Wish it had a lounge area (instead of the bar itself).The outside is maybe not that appealing, but that is not important. I would like to have stayed longer :)

Lovely hotel close to the action: Easy to get to (and park) by car, easy to walk from and visit places. Breakfast was very nice. Room was comfy and well equipped. Staff was superb. Would recommend wholeheartedly.
