The staff is very friendly. I had issues with my bill. I stayed for five nights, had already paid for two nights in advance, had breakfast four times, and needed to pay the local tourist tax. The bill I received seemed far too high. I couldn’t understand it, it was completely confusing and unclear. I asked the staff three times to explain the computer-generated invoice to me. They always said it is correct. On the third attempt the lady at the reception apologized and told me there had been a computer error, and I was refunded 84 Euro. I am an IT specialist myself and know that invoices can be made clear, well-structured, and easy to understand. Even afterwards, I still couldn’t make sense of the bill. I had the impression that the invoice was intentionally kept confusing so that guests wouldn’t be able to understand what they were actually being charged for.

The facilities are a little dated and basic and the older two ring electric cooker does not heat up sufficiently for cooking. Reception has specific hours of opening.

The location is excellent with secure parking. Important as I travelled on a motorcycle. I prefer the independence of a studio and there is a self service laundry and a good private pool on site. The simple arrangements worked really well for me for my week-long stay. Visiting surrounding restaurants, shops, beaches, towns and sights is easy. Plenty to do.

Info about transportation options in english. As norwegians with limited french capabilities we had a hard time finding transport back to airport and ended up using Bolt, which was great. I guess cheaper options exists, but we did not rely on our investigations. Lights in the staircase was off some of the nights.

Location is very good, facilities are fear. Spent most of the time outside the establishment, easily accessible by walking. Nice pool, ping-pong and petanque options.

No internet in the room . Only in the main lobby. Check in only available from 3 to 7 pm . It’s been 14 days since my check out . The 300 euros deposit they took is yet to be refunded to my account even though the reception lady said it was done when I checked out . I will have to involve booking.com for help. God knows if I will get the deposit and when . Because the property is not responding to my messages.

This was my 4th visit to the property so I obvs. like it. However, I agree with other people's comments about variable Wi-Fi. On this occasion my room did have WiFi which made a big difference to my experience especially as only 1 channel on TV in English. I also agree 're. Bedding comments. I usually take my own because I'm familiar with the set up but it's something else to pack and carry.

Location/Cleanliness of room and property throughout/Price considering location/I like that it's not fancy but I guess it depends what you're after/Safety.

The pool while looks nice the ducks poo in it. You must not drink or eat in pool area, this property should not be able to be listed in booking.com until they give accurate information as its old and rundown and not what ads said and no wifi

I paid for 6 nights and left after 4 nights, no bed sheets,pillow case or towel provided. You have to buy them and they are synthetic disposable and only 1 role of toilet paper provided too. You clean own apartment and then they still take 500euro for professional clean after you leave

The apartment looked quite basic when we arrived - this wasn't a problem but it is less 'cosy' than some accommodation.

Clean and comfortable apartment in a brilliant location. The pool was very clean and a great temperature. We were close to local activities, but far enough away that it wasn't too noisy. Staff were friendly and helpful. We had noted that bedding and towels were not included and reserved these in advance, so that wasn't a problem.
