Loud street, dirty balcony, not working electronics (like bed lamps e. g.), nothing disastrous

For one night it had what we needed.

We booked as a family of 4 and when we arrived, we had to undo the sofa bed, which i found odd knowing we were 4 people. I wouldn't stay here again as I am STILL waiting for my deposit to be returned 25 days later. Was told it would be returned the day of check out!! This puts me off staying again.

Quick check in. we literally arrived late and left early, so we didn't use the kitchen or bathroom but both were clean and everything you needed.

The apartment had few ants and the sofa bed was very very uncomfortable. There was ants around the kitchen side. The boiler sound was on the whole night and the water running through the toilet was so annoying during the night. Adding to that the lift was not working so we had to carry our suitcase plus children who are both under 2 up to the third floor and down. Due to these reason the price I paid did not value or balance the stay.

It was located near food place and train station was not too far. And it was near the location we wanted to go. It had own parking facilities. And had friendly staff. The check in facility is nice if we are coming in late.

The room should have been cleaned. The towels should be replaced and bins emptied on a daily basis. It needs a bit of upgrading the beds etc.

It was very clean and the staff were friendly. Catering stuff was provided. The breakfast was lovely and the lady serving was friendly and efficient.

The sofa bed for the kids wasn't set up when we arrived, we had to do it ourselves. The room was very cold when we arrived, but warmed up once we turned up the heating to full. Usb charging sockets in the room didn't work It was OK, but I would look for somewhere if I went back

1 Leaky sink in the bathroom was reported on first day but it wasn't fixed. 2. Hair dryer only worked for 10 mins as it kept overheating. 3. No fans or air condition available on days when it was over 32C. The temperature was unbareable.

The room size was great and it looked modern with lots of amenities.

Low kitchen equpiment. Devastated balcony. Bad smell because other residents garbage left on the corridor. Problems with wifi, which was too complicated to understand (the manager took our propose to change it and was sorry about it).

there is an extra charge for car parking at 5euro a night when we thought it was free

the hotel is nothing like the photos the room was reasonable clean , would I stay again no but it done the job for us to get some sleep for two nights. it seems like people do live in these studios so can be noisy and smelt of drugs some sockets worked some didn’t if I was you I would stay somewhere else

The shower room needs some repair. The public transport is not convenient at the weekends! It takes 20min to walk the Chelles train station, and the trains are not working at the weekends! It's better if we had a car

Much better than the reviews on google maps. Small and cozy room equipped with a small hob set, a fridge, and some tableware. The deposit was returned very quickly.

Small bugs kind of little ants

I liked the fact that there was a closed parking lot and you could stay with your pet. I also liked the interior and the view from the window. Felt safe with the key card.

· The staff refused to speak English, upon our Arrivel we were told that a deposit of 85 euros was obligated. The hotel nor booking.com informed us about this. The building and room were very dirty and situated in a dangerous neighborhood. The smell in the room was intolerable. And on top of this all we also had to pay extra for parking while this was also not mentioned at reserving the room. Upon our leaving the lady behind the desk promissed to free the deposit of 85 euros After the room was checked by the staff, though nothing was broken still they money was taken from my account. Upon arrival i wanted to cancel my stay because of the poor conditions i also mentioned this to the staff. Unfortunately the room was paid for and they would not give the money back. After we left i tried to call several times because i legt my air pods behind, up untill today no one picks up. I would like to note that i paid 365 euro’s for 3 nights, for this amount of money i could have booked a way nicer hotel. My airpods stolen and my deposit stolen. I would not ever recommend to stay here, not even if it was free. I am filing charges at the police and i would strongly recommend not to stay in this establishment.

great location ,lovely spacious apartment itself,secure parking ,lovely staff,reception ppl go beyond to help you,shops and food within walking distance,u can communicate in english,very helpful,really great price compared to others similar,specially for ppl visiting diseneyland with family,cant wait to go back again
