Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Underground car parking charges too high.
Accessible location for driving too and tram ride into town visitor areas. Surprising generous breakfast in comfortable setting.

There is (still) quite some construction work in the immediate neighbourhood, with a bit of luck things will be nicer in a year or two. There was a certain choice at the breakfast buffet, but I did not spot any bio or fair trade products. Maybe they were there, but then incognito.
The hotel is well placed for the European parliament, the town centre is reasonably accessible by tram. The breakfast was included in the booking and there was enough time not to be rushed in the morning.

The pay parking and the location a bit far from the city. But there is the tram right beside the hotel which 3 mins walks. So that’s very convenient to get to the city.
The room was very clean and comfortable, breakfast was so nice. Kitchen is plus.

If you don’t stay more than 20 Hours in the parking lot you don’t get the discount that you can have from the Hotel.
The bed were very comfortable ! And the room big and spacious.

Breakfast, i noticed the staff not using any trays when replacing cutleries holding by hands. They’re not attentive when it comes to new comer or cleaned tables for new guests to eat. You have to asked the staff every single time to aak for something. Nobody constantly refilling the food buffet, always needed to remind them.

You need to pay for the garage.Luckily is not so expensive however it will cost you over night around 12 €. If you need to enter by the paying station the garage to access your car the metal door will be stuck and you need to use all your force to open it. For breakfast the only egg option available every morning is very soft scrambled eggs which are not very appealing.However if you skip the eggs are plenty other options in the menu.
In almost every aspect was a great place to stay. Next block is a Carrefour very well stocked. The garage is under the hotel building. Breakfast is very good.

Much advertised breakfast turned out to be like in 2 star hotels - maybe we were offseason as there were no euro bureaucrats in the hotel, I don’t know the reason but breakfast was very primitive

The sign for the hotel could be larger as it shares with another hotel (AC hotels) and this could have been clearer. Air condition in room was poor
Very large clean apartment, everything needed for a few days stay. Locatiion very good just jumped on tram E or B or Bus H which takes u into the center or train station. Bed very comfortable nothing not to like. So much to choose from for breakfast very well worth the money. Strasbourg very pretty city

Breakfast could be improved ,as there were not many options. I expect more options from a 4 star Marriot hotel. Also it is not satisfactory that Marriot Bonvoy members can not collect points at Marriot hotel when they make a reservation via booking.com. Unfortunately my request to add Marriot Bonvoy points was rejected , stating that I should make a booking directly via the Marriot website if I want to add points.
Big and clean room, comfortable bed pillows and mattress, good parking facilities directly under the hotel building, 7-8 mins by tram to the city center and located very close (3-4 mins walk) to the European Commission building.

The Gym is adequate for up to 5 guests at one time.
10/10....perfect stay. Location, room, breakfast were the best I've been in so far. Will definitely come back when in Strasbourg.
