Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Clean, fantastic, friendly and service-minded staff. The location was great, right in the center of Nice and close to the train station. It was a very pleasant experience and I will definitely stay there again

Some minor maintenance problems. For older people (unlike ourselves) it could be a trek up from the Promenade in the heat. On the other hand, the hotel is closer to the station for a quick trip to Cannes, Antibes or in the other direction to Monte Carlo.
Staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Room was the smallest available. We'll go for a larger one at the front with balcony next time.Well presented breakfast.

We felt very welcome at all times due to the warmth and courteousness of the staff, really we didn't find anything lacking. There is that nice feeling of well kept boutique hotel, there is also an amazing selection of local produce to taste. As one would expect, the bathroom is supplied with amazingly smelling french soap, made in Nice. The quiet mediterranean garden is lovely. I liked the sustainable and zero-waste approach. Except for accidents, cleaning is not really required daily, I suppose. Anyway towels could be changed however often on request. Very well managed hotel and congratulations to the whole team, it was a pleasure to have met you!

The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel truly cared for throughout our visit. The reception area is beautifully designed and very cozy. Our room had a small kitchen with everything we needed, plus complimentary water, tea, and coffee. Overall, everything was great and we enjoyed our stay.

Sofa bed could be much better. It kept sinking when only person who was sleeping on it tried to get on it. Was meant to be for 2 people. Also though we had informed in advance that we need vegetarian breakfast, some fruits and salad was limited to being served once. Just constructive feedback, otherwise the staff and the stay was very pleasant and would recommend.

Loved everything‼️

The staff were absolutely amazing and made my birthday stay super special, they couldn’t do enough for us and this alone will make me return. Communication with the staff was super easy through WhatsApp. The apartment was amazingly equipped and clean on arrival. Location is excellent. Can’t fault the place.

It was so clean and comfortable to be in. Loved the little kitchenette able to guy some snacks and groceries and keep in the mini fridge. Also, loved having the microwave and the other standard kitchen things.

Nothing! It was perfect in every way!
Excellent stay in this beautiful apartment. From the moment we arrived to the time we left the staff could not of been more friendly and accommodating. This property is spotlessly clean and so well maintained and has such a homely feel to it! The beds were especially comfortable! It’s in an excellent location so close to the train station and 15 mins walk to the beach and old town! Special mention to Simon and Corrine who went above and beyond for us and were outstanding hosts. Great tips on places to visit and restaurants to eat in. Overall such a wonderful place to stay and we can’t wait to come back!!!

It was exquisite in terms of design but the most outstanding element of this place is the people working there. The service is amazing, the care for the client, the attention… we travel a lot and have never encountered something like this. They are amazing.
