Good idea to put small kitchen in a room. Centar of the city and train station is very close. Best value for money in this part of Europe.

The room's equipment was pretty basic, but sufficient. The blanket could have been thicker. There was a bathtub but without a stopper so obviously they don't really want you to take a bath.

The underground car park was too narrow and difficult to navigate in and out.

Location was great, central to where l wandered and galleries, museum and cafe’s/ restaurants. Being able to cook, heat and boil the kettle and make a cuppa. Also had a coffee machine, microwave, stove and fridge. Tres Bien ! Thankyou very much.

The temperature set to 19 degrees was not the best thing you wish in cold winter nights, but is due to energy laws. The towel drier was not working in our room.

I think the best hotel in Mulhouse considering price/stay. Very close to the railway station, right in the city center. Also, there is a carrefour market 1min away. The best decision to stay here, considering close train distances towards Colmar and the airport. Breakfast is not extremely rich, but was enough for us. Hosts were great and helpful.

The bathroom looked a little bit older, not really fresh. Still it was pretty and practical so I'm not too turned off by that.

It was centrally located but a little walk from a metro stop. Maybe Lyon needs more metro/tram lines.

Cleaning was not very good. The curtains were very dirty. There was no place to put the shower head in the shower. The linens were clean but had tears.

The location is great. It is only 2 minutes away from the center where the Christmas Market is held. Also very close to the train station. It is also close to shopping areas. The room was warm and large. It was nice to have a kitchen.

It was a little outdated, door had questionable scratches, window curtain was dirty, floor was a little spotted. There was no actual heating running, there was heat from the air conditioning which you had to turn on. By the time you wake up the next day, it is frreezing in the room.

The room was big and bathroom clean and comfortable. I loved that it was equipped with kitchen ustensils, cutlery, microwave, coffeemaker (without coffee though) so I was able to make myself something to eat. The location is also great, 7 min ealk from the train station and 1 minute to city center.

The room needs to renew. No hairdryer, we needed to ask to reception.

The location was just 7-8min to train station. You can easly go to Colmar, Basel or Strasbourg with the train. If you can get a good deal you can pick this hotel. The room was also big. It was comfortable for two. The reception was helpful.

the noise is extremely loud, the refrigerator hums all night, you can't sleep because of the noise also, the air conditioner is fixed at 19 degrees and does not turn on often, it is very cold in the apartment, we asked staff to raise the temperature, but it was still cold for the next two nights

Location is perfect, the city center and the Christmas market are 2 minutes' walk away, and there is a large Carrefour supermarket in the building next to hotel. Also, staff is really friendly, especially the younger boy and girl

The smell in the room wasn't the nicest, there has been smoked in the room before. We would have liked to book a parking spot,but the parking lot was full, so best is to call up front to book a parking spot.
