Lifts were very slow, more regular cleaning (lift areas, etc) would be better. kitchen sinks was a little clogged,

Reception staff not helpful at all, many clients were waiting before 3pm official time to check in , but no one came out to speak to any of us. They were in a meeting next door and we could hear everything they were saying which is not company policy I am sure. When someone asked if someone could come to reception they got a rude reply about not being 3pm. It just needed a polite sign at reception to say it was closed until 3. There was no need for rudeness.

1) The geyser will not work between evening and early morning. So, if you are planning to take a shower during night, particularly during winter this place is not for you. Because bathing in cold water during winter can make u sick. They are doing this to save energy or some other purpose. 2) If you are arriving late at midnight or unusual time, you can't check-in. As they have automated doors only those with access cards will enter and if there is no one to let you in, the only way is to wait outside until 8 or 9 am. So, check with them for check-in at unusual times. 3) No hair blower or dryers. 4) You need to put the trash bags in the room near reception during check-out and there is no assistance for it. In other words, there are several chambers to drop the filled bags but you can't differentiate where to throw the decomposing waste and where to throw the cardboard and plastics. We also noticed that someone left dustbin bags at the entrance of this room. So, no proper regulation of waste disposal or assistance to waste disposal is followed.

1) Nice location. 2) Kitchen is fully equipped. 3) Train station/bus station/mall/supermarket- all are nearby (few meters by foot). 4) Complementary detergent and scrub pad for washing utensils. 5) Check-out is easy during unusual times, as you can easily drop the access card in a box near reception.

no dish soap and cleaner in room ( but you must clean all your utensils). No hot water - after complaint it waas rectified. No extra garbage bags in the room. No extra toilet paper in the room.

The apartment was very small. But the location was excellent.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Helpful with any information we needed.

On site staff helpful. But they did lock our luggage away and disappear for lunch just when we needed to catch a train. Head office when we called for help were worse than useless. No help at all, in fact it appeared to be our fault.

We arrived at 14.46 and they don’t do the check in because it is was starting at 15.00!! At 15.05 there was already a queue. We queued of course and when our turn arrived, they couldn’t find the reservation, even if we had been in contact when the reservation took place. Fortunately the responsible came and there was a room available and very quickly they installed us. So but organisation but luckily very good and efficient response by the responsible staff member. Quite some stress when travelling with children but all went well. Of course strange the fact that you need to throw your garbage and wash your dishes.

Slightly tricky to find at night but ok once have orientation.

1 night for two adults and 3 young children for a short stay. 1 double bed and then 1 sofa double which worked fine. Perfect location and very practical near centre and train stations. Small area but good breakfast and friendly and helpful staff. Also able to cook in room if required. Location felt safe.
