Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

France- There no Parking place when arrived, noting that I can't reserve the Parking place when I did the reservation. - We were 4 persons, and when I asked the Miss at the Desk to give us 2 Carte-Key for the Room she refused and replayed me " there is no enough Carte-Key ". is that logic and reasonable ??? !!!

IrelandMy only issue is the distance from the city centre and all the usual attractions. 35 mins to walk or a 10-15 min walk to the metro and 10-15 mins travel. It feels like it's in the middle of nowhere (tourist attractions sense) even though it is 10 mins from part Dieu station.
I got a 7th floor apartment and it was great. Bed, shower etc are all clean and good. Very friendly reception staff. Airport tram also goes from outside the Part Dieu station (€16.50 o.w.) 10 mins walk from the hotel. Kitchenette in the room.

AustraliaIt was quite dusty - particularly the bathroom. The door of the closet was broken. We couldn’t get the Chromecast to work and all the TV channels were in French.
It was very close to the train station but quite far away from the centre. A Westfield was nearby which had a supermarket. The bed was large and comfortable - two singles put together but no issues with them separating. It was very quiet. The staff kindly held our luggage for us outside of check-in and check-out hours.

United KingdomMy room was next to the lift and I could hear every conversation of those using it! Also the window faced an office building (very close) where I could see people working which meant they would've been able to see into the room!
Excellent location for rail connections and Rhone express to the Airport. Fresh clean rooms with small kitchen facility and excellent shower room perfect for a short stay. Lots of local restaurants and several food stores (U express & Carrefour in rue Paul Bert) in addition to the large Westfield shopping centre. It's an easy 15min stroll down to the Rhone and onto the presqu'ile, the Soane and the Vieux Lyon. There are also buses, trams and metro services available. Would stay again.

FranceAlthough the kitchenette is well equipped, there is a 45€ charge if you do not clean it, wash & put away dishes, etc., which is fine but there isn't really any cleaning products other than a small sponge and dish soap. Perhaps some kitchen cleaner, extra tea towel and/or paper towel would be useful. One of the plates I pulled out of the cupboard had just been put away dirty and there were grease splashes on back splash. The room wasn't dirty but you can tell there hasn't been a recent deep clean. I also put the "Please clean my room" sign on my door every day upon going out but no one came. Ran out of toilet paper, hardly any shower gel left and garbages were overflowing by the end. We would have also appreciated a couple of extra clean towels for a 3-night stay.
Most of the staff were friendly and helpful, the room was calm and quiet as I had asked. The kitchenette was practical for eating in and it was great to have a coffee machine for morning coffee while looking out over Lyon (8th floor). We were visiting our son so location was perfect (5 minutes away) and just 10/15 minutes from train station and shopping center. Quite spacious room with all the equipment you need.
