I loved the size of the room, the coffee machine and regular supply of pods, everyday cleaning of the rooms and the highlight was the balcony with the City view was lovely.

Great location, nice rooms and facility. Very friendly and helpful staff .... A nice grocery (Franprix) across the street and a Pret next door. Pretty much you can walk around to enjoy Paris and the cafes. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Umar, Lasani, Pushpanathan and others whose names I didn't ask, you were great and made us feel at home. Clean and very comfortable room. well equipped kitchenette for those who want to make food

The breakfast is not what one might expect from a hotel when booking with breakfast. It's nothing like a buffet one may be accustomed to, or perhaps even a restaurant. It's delivered to the apartment every morning based on a sheet you fill out the night before. What's delivered mostly is what you ordered, with some suprise extras and perhaps some missing others. The bread isn't what you'd expect from France, but it's perfectly doable. For some, this may be a bit of a let down, especially given the added costs.

The apartment was very sufficient in all respects. Nothing very fancy, but very much up to our needs. The beds were clean and the mattresses seemed brand new. The kitchen was small, but, again, very well suited to out needs. The neighbourhood feels quite safe and the metro is around the corner. There's also plenty of convenience stores dotted around the area, with one across the road, as well as various takeaway options. Staff was kind and forthcoming when we needed something.

Breakfast is only served in the room, they closed the breakfast area; however that might be a personal preference; the breakfast choice is also very basic. Cleaning isn’t done on daily basis and not easy to request; only stays up to more than 8 nights get one cleaning per week.

Nice and clean room, and big, spacious bathroom. The kitchen was tiny, with only 2 burners, but we didn't expect anything huge, and it was enough. Nice table to eat at, comfortable chairs. The location is terrific - just a couple of minutes from a Metro and an easy walk to the Arc de Triomphe, Champs Elisee, l'Opera, etc. We would absolutely stay there again.

Quite a walk to Champs-Elysees (we presumed it would've been much closer due to the name of the hotel).

The room and bathroom were definitely on the larger end, especially compared to most other hotels in Paris, it was a very comfortable stay, especially given that we had two large suitcases. The place was clean and tidy, with bedsheets and towels replaced on a daily basis.

There were no usual toiletries in the bathroom, such as body lotion, cotton buds, shower cap. But this did not create any problems.

Very convenient to transport and major attractions. Arc du Triomphe, Champs-Élysées and Tour Eiffel are very close. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was abundant.

The breakfast provided was very basic (Coffee, croissants and some fruit). It neither had any variety nor was filling. Is brought to your room and often late from the time requested. The host is cheerful but can only do what the management provides. Towels are not changed for stays of less than a week. Front desk staff are rather indifferent.

Location on Haussmann Blvd near Arc de triumph and Eiffel tower (each about a mile away) is good. Basic studio apartment setup for a base in Paris.

I didn't like the location of this hotel at all. If you are going to take buses/subways/taxis during your stay in Paris, I don't recommend this hotel in terms of its location. The closest subway station is still like 5 min walk away and it's not a flat walk. After a whole day of traveling in Paris, we needed to climb up a hill from the subway to the hotel, which was really tiring. Also, the closest Carrefour grocery store is like 8 to 10min walk away. There is a Franprix store just across the street from the hotel, which is closer, but it is more expensive than Carrefour. On the map it seems that the hotel is close to many attraction places, but in reality we needed to use the subway for all places no matter how close they seem on the map. So it's not really that convenient. It is also extremely hard to get a Uber/Bolt/taxi from the hotel location during the day. On the apps it appears there are cars available nearby, but when we tried to call them all refused the request. I'm not sure it applies to every hotel or only this one, but it's simply impossible to get a ride during the day. You're restricted to bus/subways, which often have severe delays than scheduled time and 5 min hill slope walk away.

Clean hotel. The room is quite spacious. We stayed at a studio and it got a nice restroom with a bathtub, a kitchenette with microwave, stove, refrigerator, and even a washing machine. It's perfect if you are staying relatively long time and want to cook for yourself sometimes. The hotel door needs code to entry and the elevator requires room card swipe to go up; makes me feel safe. Friendly staff too.

This is an excellent property right in the middle of action. Multiple eateries around and easy access to metro. Front office staff was super helpful. We were family of 4 and were comfortable in the 1 bed room apartment that sleeps 4. It was good to get morning coffee and light breakfast. Highly recommended property in Paris.

We stayed there 9 nights and no one came to clean our room not even once. We had to ask for clean towels 2-3 times until we got some but they never came to change our bedsheets. That was disappointing but other than that the hotel's location is one of the best and the stuff is nice.

The location of the hotel is amazing! Very convenient to move around in Paris. There are also many cafes and restaurants around and the hotel allows delivery. They had a very sweet welcome package in the room for us with some chocolates, chips, water, pate d'olive etc.
