The room itself was a bit cramped for 4 people. It would have been nice to have some tea and coffee available to make in the morning. We also were only given 1 roll of toilet paper.

The location was great and the pool was lovely. The air conditioning was also fantastic.

The bathroom was functioning, but in quite poor condition. Bad service with no toilet available outside the apartments. This meant you could not use a bathroom after checking out on the day of departure.

Room ok, with good air conditioning and kitchenette. We were 3 guests in a room for 4, with separate bedroom. I'm happy we did not have a smaller room. Great pool area, where you could always find available sun beds. Nice with the pool bar where you could have refreshments, breakfast and lunch with a nice view over the bay. Convenient with bus stops close to the property, when you wanted to go sightseeing in e.g. Nice or Monaco. We also did nice long walks both to nearby villages, beaches and for shopping.

Property looking quite dated and tired. Felt betrayed by staff instruction that renters could not sit by the pool - this was rude and would only ever upset people - the area was not full, and it had been advertised/rented without any such restrictions. Our bedroom also had a faulty light that squealed all night and despite us reporting this it didn't get repaired during our 4 night stay.

We didn't use the double bed in the entrance because the radiator in that room was broken. It was broken also the other radiator in the main room, but we used the a/c to warm the temperature and we stayed all 4 in the two couch/beds.

Both the location and the view from the balcony were fantastic. Nice little apartment for my family with two little daughters. Good accommodation to visit Nice, Èze and the pretty villages around there.

Absolutely no communication from Pierre et Vacances before our day of arrival despite numerous messages from me via Booking.com regarding our late arrival. (My arrival time of midnight had been automatically refused by their system on booking.com). This caused considerable stress. Ended up having to ring them, but be warned, reception is not open very often! Beds were not comfortable, and the bunk beds are very much for children, so don't expect to be able to sleep 4 adults in a 4 bed studio!

The pool and bar area are great. The location is absolutely fabulous! Most staff are very friendly and helpful.

Very poor wifi connection(almost no wifi). Normal daily hotel services like changing towel, bed linen, trashbag, toilet papers and room cleaning is available only by extra payment which is not clearly mentioned in booking.com. Pool is not child friendly(2 meters depth). Sun beds were available for extra payment from a specific date. Public toilets in the lobby area are not clean and easy to access. Close to the rail road and railway noise. Noise during the nights from nearby disco & clubs(at least during our stay dates). Rooms are not sound proof properly and noise from neighbours or constrction works was annoying.

Great location with eyecatching scenery. Located near the bus stop. Good kitchen equipments. Room and hotel cleanliness was good.

No nearby restaurants. The actual town of Villefranche is a good distance away. The room we stayed in 218 was a little tired. Did I mention trains rolling by all night long?
