We didn’t like the pool at all. We booked this apartment because it had a pool, but after one day we had seen enough. Half of the day there is no sun at the pool, and the other half you need to put your sunbed in impossible positions to be able to get some sun. Also there were more people in normal clothes at the pool than with swimming attire. The kids were jumping in the pool all day making everyone wet and the parents were only talking with each other on a high and disturbing volume. The pool itself was dangerous, it goes down really quickly and is really slippery so falling and hitting your head on the edge is easy. Also there was no toilet at the pool so every time you needed to get back in the apartment building. If you’re looking for a pool to relax I would advise not to book this apartment.

We love staying here and keep coming back to this hotel. The location is perfect — close to everything you need, like the beach, grocery stores, and shopping. The rooms are spacious and it’s so convenient to have laundry facilities. The kitchenette is well-equipped too, which makes longer stays really comfortable. Highly recommended!

Studio is a good choice for a bit longer stay. The pool and room with a balcony was suberb during the hot days (over +30). Nice and easy to make cooling dips during the day. Sea, Croisette and main shopping street are close, convenient location. Everything worked well, and in case of questions or small issues staff was helpful.

Great location if you’re going to the Cannes film festival Locations. Especialkyif you have different meetings along the Croisette and need to come back for a quick change ! Amazing breakfast, and sweet balcony with a sliver of the sea .

The rooms NEED more power sockets. The air conditioning was disabled. I really wanted a fan on but the display kept saying air conditioning unit not detected.

‏unfortunately, the parking the hotel provided was not suitable for our car, which was a disappointment. Additionally, there is usually only one staff member at reception, who also manages the bar, which slows down the service a bit.

Bathroom had a few defects. Shower bracket was broken when we arrived - this was repaired second day. We reported that bathroom sink was not draining and appeared to be blocked; also that the push button toilet cistern was leaking. Neither of these were fixed during our stay. Having to strip your bed and bring towels and bed linen to ground floor and clean apartment was not usual.

The beach was all reserved for hotels and you can only go to a public beach with is around 10 minutes walk away.

The location was great. About 10 minutes walk (with children) to the closest public beach. The room was clean, AC worked very well so it was always cool and it was rather spacious for a family of 5. The pool was clean and always quiet. The building and pool access was monitored by a security guard and the gate door was always locked and only accessible for quests. There are small shops nearby.

Sometimes it would been handy to grab food in hotel they have minimal.

The location is superb. Just behind the Carlton Hotel. 10min walk to public beach and 10min walk to train station. Our flight was delayed and we didn’t arrive to nearly 1am. Nothing was a bother. Even directed us the next day to where to get bits we had forgotten. They providing a small cleaning kit also for dishes and dish washer. Even though sofa bed it was so easy worked and comfortable. Lovely pool which sometimes was busy but waiting there usually was a subbed free in 1/2hr.

Room was a little dark, and outdoor eating space could have been nicer. However, we didn't book the Ritz and the place is excellent value for money.
