VERY disappointing to not have Wifi! You bill the property as free Wifi. It’s free alright and pretty much nonexistent. Some desk staff could be less irritated when asked questions.

Apartment had very limited utensils, towels and kitchen equipment. As such we did no cooking. Also Didn't like the fact that we had to strip the beds before leaving, and remove linen and towels to an area adjacent to reception.

Fine big apartment. Great they have jacuzzi and sauna ( was very useful at the first two days,when the weather wasn't good). Parking underground even,if it's a little tight.Guys at the reception are very helpful and kind!

The sofa bed was very hard and odd for someone to be sleeping in the kitchen. Taking sheets/towels down and bins out on departure.

The main double bed was very comfortable.

The apartment was not very clean, no toiletries whatsoever offered (it is rather disappointing not to provide you with a basic soap so that you can wash your hands after going to the toilet), 1 toilet paper roll for 4 nights stay. We could have both these beforehand but there was no indication at any point that they do not provide basic toiletries and facilities. A very tall bathtub, difficult to get in to take a shower (a shower would have been much more useful, as it would have been easier to use and probably a bit cleaner). Fan not working in the bathroom, so we had to ventilate the steam through the room and balcony (easier to do in summer, but inconvenient in April). When we checked in, there was at the reception a member of staff that wasn’t particularly nice (although at checkout the person there was nice). Constant reminders in the room that you had to clean the room yourself on checkout (otherwise you will be charged extra). This made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable like we were expected to leave a mess (not everyone will do so). A very small car park with small parking spaces.

Location was very good, 5 minutes walk from the beach (although in this area a large part of the beach is private - owned by the hotels, and not accessible to the public). It was great to have private parking, the public parking is rather expensive in that area of Cannes. They had swimming pool and sauna (although we did not use). Private property, gated, so you can only enter if you had the access codes.

you could hear lots of people through the walls. a bit hard to sleep because of loud noises. there was no shampoo conditioner or extra rolls of toilet paper

Folding the bed in and out every day is very heavy. The room is too small whe the bed is out, you can’t walk around it. The table is suare and in a bad shape, you will bump into it. you have to bring your own towel for swimming. There was construction down the road at the time.

Everything provided. There is a pool a kitchen. Nice location. Shopping street around the corner, beach down the street. Pretty garden. Very kind staff. The balcony size changes per room.

The wifi was so bad but we knew it would be like that reading previous reviews. It never worked the whole time we were there. The jacuzzis were freezing. And the rules were crazy - especially the cleaning charge threats.

It was so much better than I thought! It was great value for money. The staff were so nice - they let us check in early.

There is a lot of construction going on at the Carlton next door. very loud during the day if you’re trying to relax on the terrace or at the pool. also Minor, but Would be nice to have towels and sheets ready in the room vs having to carry them up with your luggage.

Great location, walking distance to beach and stores in town. Nice heated pool and great spacious terraces. Functional kitchen. Good value hotel.

The pool starts at 5ft depth. Its really for 12+ year olds. That was disappointing as we expected pools to start around 3ft etc.

We stayed in a duplex and it was exciting for the kids. Having two toilets was a big plus. The property was centrally located.

I wish hotels would stop using shower curtains in the bathroom, it’s not very sanitary. Bunk beds not very comfortable. Weird rules, not allowed to eat or drink anywhere except your apartment. Not in the general/communal areas where tables and chairs are laid out, not by the pool (which I understand) not outside the garden area, or at the tables on the patio. No cleaning done in our room all week (never had that before at an apart hotel) and expectation to clean your own apartment and strip beds and bring down all bedding and towels to avoid a 70 euro charge. (Although that is stated at booking) Not a single change of towels all week (unless you pay extra) no additional toilet paper, had to buy own washing up liquid, seems all odd for a 4 star facility. I think for a little extra money up front for the apartment, I’d welcome a more inclusive and welcoming option, but I understand those on a tighter budget welcome the low service, low cost option.

you cannot fault the location, so close to everything, beach, shops and bars and restaurants. We felt safe, secure complex. We had the duplex apartment, which was sufficient in terms of space and relatively newly done. Pool was great and well maintained. communal spaces were clean and well maintained too.

We would have liked a change of towels during an 8 night stay.

Despite some of the reviews we had read before going we absolutely loved our stay here. Perfect location, so close to the bus/train station, beach, restaurants and the main shopping street yet it was lovely and quiet. Pool is a great bonus and we spent a lot of time there. The studio apartment is small especially when the bed is folded out but for our type of stay it suited us perfect as we didn’t spend much time in the studio itself.
