The noise level of whoever was staying above us, constantly dragging chairs along floor, had crap sleep all week. I would definitely stay again though staff were lovely, place was clean and tidy. Very close to Disney - one train stop away, shopping centre around corner and post office, medical centre etc near by too

Second stay a few days after the first one. We got a room with broken pipes and the whole kitchen was flooded. Also when the heating was on water was coming out from between the panels. Staff reacted quickly and offered another room despite being midnight and reception closed. We chose not to change the room as kids were already asleep and we needed to move to another floor and it was only 1 night stay. We would stay again because of the reaction of staff.

Nice hotel at a good location. Entrance to the mall 50 meters away. Close to train station. Had to pull out the sofa to open the bed for kids but it was quite easy

The bathroom needed bleaching as mold at the bottom half of the shower. Oh and a couple more coats hangers would be good.

It was close by to Disneyland, the shopping centre and easy parking. The room was lovely and warm as you can control it. You have coat hooks just as you walk in which is great. The bed was comfortable. The little kitchen had everything you needed. I liked the warmth of the bathroom after a rainy day to dry wet shoes, ready for the next day 😂

Centralized Location. 10-15 men from Hard Rock Café, Rex Theatre, Gare de l’Est and many other landmarks. Bars and resto all around

The whole place stank of smoke. Even in our room you could smell it.

Value for money. Easy to check in out of hours from the machine outside. Only €13 Uber to Disney hotel so very convenient.

Location was very good with lots of local amenities including a huge shopping mall with a supermarket. There was also a local supermarket was easily accessible and cheap and staff were very friendly and spoke English. The accommodation was very clean and easy to find. Staff were so kind and helpful

Great location for both the discount shopping centre and the disney parks. Reception staff were great and very helpful.

The furniture needs an upgrade. The breakfast needs to be more varied like perhaps include freshly cooked items. The hob does not work. Used towels, soap and toilet paper are not automatically replaced. (Rooms are only cleaned if your stay is longer than 4 nights). Milk and tea in the room are not replaced at all. Trash has to be taken down to the skip by the tenants. The bath is too high for people who suffer from knee pain.

We rented an apartment at Sejours and Affaires. It is very close to Val d'Europe shopping centre and close to the metro. It is also close to restaurants and small food stores. The rooms were warm. The receptionists were always kind and nice. The front door is locked at night and access is given by a password.

They need a new cleaning staff. Everything was dirty. Under the bed and in the closet, everywhere was full of dust. I don’t recommend the place for the people with dust allergies.

We could smell the paint from when the hotel had been refurbished

The location was perfect for our visit and at a very good price. When we arrived our room had been upgraded and we were offered breakfast as a discounted price. Our room was very large and had a good kitchen.

It is newly painted thus the room smell a lot. The staff move us to a “better” room but the smell is just lessen. We end up coughing everytime we go in. It is not really good for the health.
