The lobby is a bit small but considering the overall performance of the hotel, not important at all.

The best location. Nearly all attractions were in walking distance including the Metro stop. We preferred walking, though. It was a small and clean hotel with clean new sheets, towels etc. The employees of the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Especially dear Joshua, who met us when we were checking in, did everything to support us, including kindly responding to my endless questions. He gave us recommendations always with a big smile on his face. Very good English, too!

The room was not well cleaned before our arrival, a used towel was left in the bathroom, the complimentary lip balm and hand cream were used and left behind.

The location was really good, quiet, yet a walking distance from so many good locations and attractions.

The room was hot at night and you can't adjust the temperature with the room thermostat. I had to open the window, but the road was noisy so it was hard to sleep. Luckily my room also had a window facing the courtyard which I could use. They could offer more selection of pillows to suit your preference. I also found that one side of the bed more sunken in than the other.

Nice toiletries, good shower pressure, decent sized room for Paris more spacious than I thought it would be. The staff at reception were very friendly, offered an umbrella to use and just generally chatty and smiley. Nice to have the Nespresso machine in the lobby. There are shops near by to pick up water, snacks, breakfast. And 10 min walk to subway, and river/ eiffel tower views

My only issue was having to constantly reconnect to the internet. Oddly, my husband didn’t seem to have a problem with this. Also, we were on the first floor and heard our neighbors above us frequently.

The staff were uniformly friendly, helpful and professional. Our room was comfortable and had everything we needed. It was immaculate and we had fresh towels and bottles of water every day. The breakfast was an embarrassment of riches. We were glad that we decided to pay extra for the convenience and the amazing array of choices available each morning. We really loved this location. It was easy to get to two nearby Metro stations and plenty of neighborhood restaurants.

Bar and reception very small and not inviting

The internet was slow and unstable, constantly having to reestablish the link. Impossible to use if you want to relax during the evening and watch something on Netflix or other streaming service. Beds were also too stiff for my taste.

Breakfast was nice and more than satisfactory. The hotel was clean with charming and very helpful staff. Location was excellent, could not have been better.

The hotel supplies body wash and shampoo but no conditioner. However when I called reception to ask if they had any conditioner, they were very quick to bring some to my room.

We thought the location was excellent, close to the metro, however we found that most tourist attractions were within walking distance. The breakfast was nice with everything available that you would expect.

Other than Joshua, other reception staff need an overhaul of attitude, approachability, responsiveness, helpfulness, politeness.

Joshua was exceptional. Rest of the staff were less receptive and less friendly. Felt like a chore to ask them for help. Location is great. Room was small but well appointed , clean and comfortable. All in all a good experience

Air conditioner stopped working with 30+ degrees celcius at 9 pm.

Fantastic location (10 mins on foot to Arc de Triumph, 25 mins to Eiffel Tower). Extremely friendly and helpful staff, helped get us a last minute reservation at the (almost Michelin) star restaurant next door. Inside tastefully modern eclectic decoration with a heritage exterior facade. Well situated windows to get a cross breeze, even if bath and toilet looked directly out at a wall. I was quite sad that I couldn't use the TV the way I expected with Netflix or YouTube on it but it's okay I had my iPad so it's okay.

Probably just the size of the lift really. It can only fit 2 people and is very slow.

The staff especially at the front desk were really helpful. She even made sure the room is ready ahead of time which was great. The room was maintained daily and room service was done in a timely manner

Nothing could have been better - was not a cheap hotel to stay at but worth it for the location and facilities.

I really can’t think of anything. I wasn’t expecting the five star experience considering the prices. They lived up to the expectations and they were always willing to try to get there.

I liked the fact that they put effort in everything they offered. Each staff member was cordial and helpful. This building is old as is every building in Paris but has been modernized within the last 5-10 years. The lift worked the entire time we stayed (4 nights). We had a room on the top floor. The lift only goes to the 5th floor (we were on the 6th). The bell hop kindly brought our luggage without being asked to. The air conditioning (independent units per rooms) worked great. It was 90 plus degrees outside. For being on the top floor you would expect it to be working hard and it did just fine. Sheets were changed every day. Breakfast was ready every morning (even though we went elsewhere). Coffee and water available at all times of the day. Front desk was occupied 24/7 and always friendly at ALL times of the day/night (we had some late nights). Overall I would definitely come back and plan to.

The bed was not a true queen size, appeared to be a full size. The bathroom shower hardware was very frustrating and water often would spill out onto the floor since the shower door was not sealed well. The shower head itself had a hard time staying in place and was very "economy" for lack of a better word.

Location was excellent. Rooms were generally clean. Not as spacious or new looking as the pictures make it out to be though. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.
