The hotel is located in a nice, quiet neighbourhood. We felt safe coming back at the late hours, around midnight. Breakfast is very good, enough options for everybody. Gluten free bread is available on demand.

The rain shower head had a lot of calcium buildup and didn't work well. One of the drawer fronts came off and some sort of modem stuck to the back of the TV with tape, fell off. Balcony very small and timber deck needs some care - quite wobbly in places. Every day the room was cleaned beautifully but we barely got any shower gel (excessive amounts of shampoo etc which we did not need). The climb from the very small lift up the 3 flights of stairs to our room with luggage :(. The room was also quite dark with only balcony doors to let in light.

Very comfortable bed. Pleasant friendly check in and staff very helpful during stay. Heated towel rail and magnifying mirror much appreciated. The location for the finish of the Paris marathon was perfect.

Very small but comfortable room :) I understand that in general in Paris room size is quite limited - specifically in historical buildings. I can't say that this is disadvantage - you should be just ready for this :)

It’s a very minor niggle but the ports for phone charging didn’t work & the towels were on the small side.

Welcoming staff, nice public area. Room was very well designed & laid out. Decent sized bathroom with toiletries. Coffee pod machine. Windows that opened - so rare these days. Comfortable bed. Very clean.

Room was a bit too small. Ventilation in room 60’s bathroom is always on and no way to turn it off. Furniture is either broken or worn to the point it should actually be replaced (plastic around the lamp broken for example). It’s still okay, but for a 4-star hotel I expected more. They made a small mistake by charging my card, but that was quickly fixed after calling them.

The location is perfect, near the Arc the Triomphe and close to the Le Palais de Congrès. There is an elevator and the rooms are quiet, no busy streets.

There is no soundproofing

Everything is fine. Convenient location, 24-hour reception. Clean room, comfortable beds. The coffee machine and tea were a nice bonus.

A very nice room with balcony, comfortable beds, spacious bathroom. Great location near the Arc de Triomphe and the other major boulevards in a quiet neighbourhood with a lot of cafes and restaurants. Next to the metro station.

Soundproof not excellent , you hear people climbing the stairs , but unfortunately this is the very common in old buildings .

Quite pokey. I was alone, but round moving around the bedroom a bit awkward. With two people sharing it would be quite annoying having to squeeze past each other all the time.
