The receptionist was incredibly nice. Everyone was so responsive to our needs and they went way beyond our expectations on how good they are prepared for parents travelling with babies. They had bottle warmers, shower seats, games and much more already prepared in the rooms.

The woman who worked in the hotel restaurant was not kind. He looked at people's food. This caused anxiety in the person. He kicked out one of our children because you have already eaten. However, the child had gone to the restaurant and returned without eating anything. It would be great if you could fix this problem. Because the unpleasant behavior of individuals has a negative impact on the overall image of the hotel.

The interior of the hotel made a pleasant impression. The staff at the registration desk were also good. I liked the hotel rooms.

The fan in the bathroom was too noisy but the staff didn’t help to resolve the problem. Unpleasant smell of sewage in bathroom. No hair drier in the room.

It was near the subway station. It was clean. The electrical kettle was in the room.

A. Shower door didnt close, it flooded the bathroom floor. B. Personnaly didnt like the tough bed but my husband liked it. C. The heater was directed on the bed, complicated to manipulate and understand, it was either too hot or cold. D. The worst, the grey blanket that covers the bed was full of stain, not even "washed stain" but crusty white/yellow stuff... we had to remove the blanket from the bed. E. Breakfast doesn't worth 12 euros... you can buy yourself a nice brunch meal for 15e in a cute café.

Good point: 1. The staff, welcoming and nice 2. The location, near metro and bus & near Bercy 3. Bathroom and room were cleaned. 4. No noise at night

The room was a little small, but this was a reasonably priced hotel in Paris, so that was to be expected.

Hotel was in a great location: close to Metro, close to great cafes, not too many tourists. The staff were lovely: helpful and friendly. Really liked the added touch of the chilled lemon water in foyer.

Room service not professional at all. Not change the towels and not clean up toilette if you forgot to put tips on table. Receptionist not friendly either.

Could be quite noisy at times and ac didn’t work at all. So you could wake up sweaty. For some reasons i’ve been charged twice pre authorization. Once accidentally and the second time as follows the guidelines, they canceled straight away, but i haven’t got back them yet.

Property located not far from metro station, which was pretty handy. Room was spacious and clean.

We visited in August and, while the hotel does have air conditioning, it was very weak. We were on the top floor so felt comfortable opening our windows while we slept. However, had we been on a lower floor and felt we needed to close the windows at night, we would have been uncomfortable. We felt safe walking around the neighborhood and enjoyed a couple of very good restaurants close by. The neighborhood is, however, quite far from the center of Paris.

Our room was much larger than others we had experienced in Paris. It was absolutely spotless and had been recently renovated, judging by the bathroom fixtures. The beds were comfortable and the street was quiet. The breakfast was good and offered a wide array of choices.
