The bathroom had a very nasty smell, the kitchen could do better with the utensils, the location is really not much, very far from everything, so in my opinion it is much too expensive. The parking was half-flooded, it should be paved.

Clean and tidy, lots of amenities (kettle, fridge, toaster), lots of space inside the apartment. Plenty of space in front of the hotel making it very easy to park. Very good value for money.

convenient place for a stop over which is what we were looking for. buffet breakfast available even though was apartment. good value. did not use other facilities but there was an outdoor pool. secure parking. good value but we were off season.

The biggest issue for me was the very inconvenient shower arrangement. The shower hose’s base is right next to the very low faucet. You can’t shower without holding the shower hose up in one arm, which doesn’t make showering that easy. The next issue is the meager breakfast. The options are so few and lacking in basics like fried and scrambled eggs that I’m not sure it’s worth paying for.

The strategic location right in front of a main bus line and the excellent, very friendly service.

Outdated apartment can go for a good renovation :)

We came for a week with my kids and the pool its the best of this Hotel. The kitchen was basic and maybe a bit out dated, anyway we didn't spend too much time in the our apartment. Its very well situated in Fréjus with good safe parking. . The breakfast was ok nothing fancy. Good value for money, in the end, if you are with kids.

The furniture and the equipment was OK, yet most should be renewed. Wifi was not that stable and some devices couldn't connected while others could. The pool hours (10h-19h) are a little bit confined. A broom and/or a mop to clean inside should be perfect.

My general opinion is good regarding my stay. Free and large parking area, perfectly working air conditions and kind staff.

Rooms smell of stale cigarettes and vinegar. Shower is at chest height instead of above your head, like any normal shower elsewhere. Cracked tiles on the floors, paint coming off door frames and balconies. Rusty metal on the balcony. Stains on bed covers. Generally dirty bathrooms, grime on radiators. Corridors reminiscent of a maximum security prison. Very dated interior and exterior, looks like it's stuck in a 1980s time warp. When we wanted to leave early the staff tried their hardest to make it as difficult as possible to leave, but they failed thankfully. Avoid and go elsewhere, plenty of better hotels in the area. Not a four star hotel, maybe a two star at best.

Didn't really like anything much. Reception and dining are the best bits I suppose.

- The cleanness of the room should be significantly improved: there AC was full of black mould and same was the ventilation in the bathroom, the floors were not clean and there were spiderwebs in the corners and inside the drawers. - The layout of the room was extremely weird: - the bedroom on top of the very steep stairs and has a terrible floor that was making sounds whenever you took a step - the shower/bath tube has a beam at about 1.70m so good luck if you are taller then that... you have to be super careful to not hit your head or shower bended.

Wifi connection was good and the hotel had a parking, the staff was nice and the room was quiet.
