Rooms are clean but bulbs have gone in a few of the light fittings and haven’t been replaced. We stayed in the same room in the space of 4 weeks and the same bulbs were missing

Rooms very small and fitted with a all in one bathroom similar to those found on cruise ships and ferries. The step out of the bathroom was a 8 inch fall to the room floor which was tricky in a dark room. Sat Nav did not have a register for the number of the hotel (Garmin) . Entrance not clear.

It's a long way from the centre of town, but if you are tired after a long drive, it doesn't matter. Advice: on weekends, bring food and drink purchased in advance, because the restaurant is closed.

It's exactly what you'd expect for a French 'budget' hotel on the edge of the city, an excellent overnight when on a long journey. Close to the motorway, but nowhere near the city centre... However, this was the second time I have stayed here on my way south to Andalucía, and it works for me. The bonus was that this time it was a weekday and the restaurant was open. All I can say is WOW! I had a wonderful meal for 40€ (that trout was fabulous). Highly recommended if you're on a 'road trip' and in need of a reliable overnight. Parking is free and plentiful.

The restaurant at the hotel is good and there is a bar there. The location is easy to get to from the motorway, so it's a good place to break a journey. The hotel is quiet, and there is free on-site parking

Rooms weren’t adjoining so had to all split up to sleep in a double bed so not ideal for a family, rooms are very small and no kettle in rooms but they do give hot water if you ask at reception

Bathroom is a plastic box (more or less), old, yellowish, bit worn. Breakfast is very boring. You can slightly hear the planes during landing (there is not many, zero during the evening); but this is true for all hotels in this area, close to the airport. They should work a bit more on the cleanliness (dust on the aircondition, tv shelf, the tv is very poorly cleaned).

Room is small, but functional. Water pressure is great. Bed is amazing, very good! On the "silent side" you can sleep with window open, you can not hear the noise of the main road. Free parking, some with charging station (not free I guess, havent used it). Cheap. Close to the airport.

Breakfast wasn't well organised and was it spoiled by the other guests stupid unruly dogs in the dining room

There was a problem with a radiator in one of our rooms. Staff switched us to an alternative nearby room - which was actually a bit of an upgrade.

We stayed here already a couple of times in our way to and back from Portugal. Nice rooms for a correct price, everytime very clean, easy to acces by car and quiet at night. Reception every time very welcoming!

The hotel restaurant is closed at the weekend and there is nothing else open in the area except a snack van outside. The nearest town centre, Bayonne, is a 25 to 30 euro taxi ride away so not convenient. Good job the snack van is outside. There is no tea making facilities in the room.

Clean, functional, able to use the restaurant to eat foods bought outside. Breakfast available.
