The bed could be more comfortable and the pillows, also it will be nice if they were providing some coffee or some kettle some kitchen appliances.

The location was good because it was next to the metro. The room was always warm and the shower was having great water pressure

The room is really small, keep in mind that if you have a lot of things, there will be nowhere to put them. Also it was too cold in room, we used to sleep in clothes because of that. Our room was on the first floor, so all the noise from the street could be heard. I think there was no such problem in the rooms which are floors above.

I really grateful to the staff, who allowed us to check in earlier than 4 p.m, and tried to get us taxi at 7 a.m. Also room was clean, everything was okay with bed bath and toilet. Our room is not cleaned every day, but we were provided with towels. There were no problems with transport, there are bus stops nearby, and the metro too

first of all the biggest problem is that check in was on 16.00 which is very late. the room was not cleaned at all when I checked in at 16.00 , there was no towel or anything else the man in the desk especially in the evening was barely talked to anybody, room was very dirty even I saw beetle in bathroom, there was nothing like glass to drink water or a plate to warm up your food, the blanket was very dirty so couldn't dare to use it.

the only good thing was the owner and the location which was very good and the owner which was very helpful.

Overpriced for what it was. Nothing was bad per se, it was just a very basic place to sleep in an old building in a slightly dodgy-looking area.

Luckily no bedbugs, in spite of the city-wide infestation that was ongoing. Simple enough check-in, basic no-frills accommodation. There was a tiny (almost had to stand diagonally in there, my shoulders went almost all the way from one side to the other) shower in the room, I had no idea they made showers so cramped...

The bed was small and unconfortable. In the bathroom it smelled like cigarettes. The stuff didn’t speak English to help us with getting around.

The location was very good. And for the money paid is the hotel ok. It was old bit clean.

Maintenance seems to be a luxury that doesn’t come by often at Hotel Richard? It seems as if the owners are even too afraid to buy a tub of paint and give some (probably lots) of the rooms some much needed attention. If I were the owner of that property would feel ashamed and disappointed at the level of decrepitude within some of the rooms. Come on… just buy some paint and put some renovation work into the place… Also - a kettle with no tea mugs? 😂 not even asking for much.

The rooms are very small. I've had a room with a bathroom and shower cabin but the shower cabin was is very tiny. There are no elevators, just a narrow and winding staircase that goes to the upper levels. If you have bigger luggage it's challenging to take it up the stairs.

The location is close to the metro and relatively close to the city's center. The price is decent but doesn't correspond to what is offered

I didn’t notice that the room I reserved does not have private bathroom and toilet and I was travelling with my young daughter. Luckily the staff gave us a room with it so it’s a huge relief 😮‍💨 There’s a window couldn’t be closed properly and no curtain so I used a towel to cover it. The shower is very small for a normal size person. The guest at the room next to us banged the door very hard, maybe the hotel could remind their guests.

Room is clean and no beg bug (cause apparently there was an invasion in Paris since some months)
