Would be great to have a toaster and an oven, but that would be making us spoiled. We did appreciate the dishwasher, though! Receiving communications in English, then French then Italian was a bit disconcerting.

A beautiful apartment in a huge apartment complex. Sara Riviera control many apartments in the complex and offered to change our two bedroom to a one and a half bedroom so that we would have a bigger living area, fewer steps to climb and it also had a fantastic view that didn't seem to have been in the original photos. We had a huge terrace overlooking the ocean and the space was great. There are lift and stair entrances and while everything is behind the locked gate, a simple call to the office (inside and on the first floor) was easy and had us straight in the door. The parking was within the complex and very convenient to the lift.

The entrance to the hotel is on a steep curve, so in order to collect the keys we needed to park our car outside the gate, call up the host and spend some time trying to find our way. It would have been challenging if there were other cars waiting behind us to get inside.

The host guided us to pick up the keys from the key box and it went pretty smooth. She needed to explain the way to our apartment over phone, so it took a little while to understand and find our way correctly.

Only real complaint is the wifi network is unusable. The speed is too slow (<2mb/s) to feasibly use. But are you really coming here to work?

The view is unmatched! Sunrise and sunset views from your balcony! There’s a fully stocked kitchen, fridge, electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and an efficient use of space. For example the shower/tub is separate from the half bath!

Being on the hill and located in one of smaller streets, walking to the city center is slighly difficult as pathways are narrow. safer to take car and then park in the center before moving around.

Excellent views from the apartment. Though could not access the pool due to weather, it looked clean. Apartment had everything we needed during our stay.

No bar, cafe or restaurant on site. Pool closes at 7 which was too early. Check in time is so late whereas chcek out time is too early.

The access. It was extremely hard to find the apartment and the stairs To go down were very small steps and steep and there were no lights by the steps or a rail to hold on to. That was the main concern.

It lacked some basic kitchen materials like salt, sugar, drying cloth, cooking oil, tea/instant coffee etc. it has coffee machine but the capsule is hard to find in the nearby grocery stores. As a traveler you don’t want to buy a while box of sugar or salt for one or two nights.

Location is excellent. View is amazing and layout of apartment is very nice. Pool is the highlight. Parking also easy and close everything if you have a car.

The rooms are a little tired and in need of maintenance in parts, which the staff are addressing. Everything was clean though, which is the important thing.

The pool is amazing, along with the views. Simply stunning. Sara and her staff are also very attentive and responsive.

The stuff wasnt very nice, when we came earlier and took the key, they just grab it from the hand and say that we came to early, we said that we informed the day before about our time, but the women dont wanna listen, say that she dont know about that, maybe the room isnt ready, she dont know, but if its ready we have to pay extra. So we decided to go to Monaco city and came ant 16.00 , like she said. But when we came at 17.00 our room still wasnt ready, the house keepers still cleaning it and we have to wait outside the door. Anyway, after that everything was good except that you cant smoke electronic by the pool and drink your drinks

The location is good, apartments was clean and comfortable, we found everything we need. The view from the balcony was amazing. The pool was also very good.

The door to the apartment was broken and wouldn’t lock. Definitely in need of upgrading. We arrived really late and was a shame we had to then hunt for sheets to make up the sofa bed. The power tripped once and when we reported it as we couldn’t find a fuse board anywhere. We were then instructed to remove mirrors and pictures from the wall where the fuse board was hiding in a whole in the wall! There’s no bar or toilets at the pool which was a shame.

We did short term reservation very late in the evening. It was greate to get fast confirmation and feedback with precise description of the check in. Wonderful view on the see from apartment. Parking is included and it is pretty spacious. White, clean apartment. We really enjoyed.

The first flat we were given could not be locked up. The staff were however very helpful in moving us to a new flat the following day. When we first arrived we were told the pool was being cleaned so could not be used until the following day. This was rather annoying as it was very hot and we were only staying two nights.

One part of shower was broken which meant the rain shower didn’t work. However, the cord shower worked with no problem.

The spectacular view and the impressing construction of the real estate on the hill side, made it challenging to construct easy access to the pool from all rooms without walking a number of stairs. I am a pool guy, so I would have loved to have access to the pool after 7 pm and enjoy the sunset with a drink by the poolside.

Excellent place to stay, with great personal service, breathtaking views, 'rather' close to a minicenter with supermarket, shops and restaurants, and a hilly walking distance to Monacco along the spectacular coast (35 min walk), but a car is of course recommended, but when you walk home, a refreshing and wonderful infinity pool is awaiting you. We initially booked just for one night, but the whole family wanted to stay longer, which Sara attentively and quickly arranged to us, despite the fact it was high season and a lot of guests.
