    Everything was great

Atmosphere, Excellent staff especially one senior concierge who was able to assist in getting us back to Paris even though the whole railway system was in turmoil because of communist union bad behaviour

Pretty nice. But had to really be very careful about rogue ingredients in food.

The breakfast service, the "well being" offer which wasn't transparent enough!!! The haughty chef/maitre'd/wait personel at Fouquet's. Watch out - check they know your food allergies before you go - get a confirmation.

The sea views, spa, service, our room, dining at PonTon, and other restaurants in the area. Long walks by the sea. Fab spa treatments and water therapies.

Staff in the spa and the fact you couldn't just use the jet spa without booking.

Reception staff were extremely polite and professional.

Location in regard to town centre. Perhaps some room for improvement in the food served in Fouquets.

We were there mid-September and the entire town felt deserted. Most of our meals/coffee/drinks were acquired in the village/town of Pouliguen, which was an easy 25-30 minute walk and has a ton of indoor/outdoor cafes, restaurants, boulangeries and other fun things on Quai Jules Sandeau.

Was as high-end as you can get, we felt very pampered during our stay. The location is great - just a short stroll across the street and you're on a vast, beautiful beach.

I booked a renovated room and got an unrenovated one, which really needed an update. Backed up toilets. Cold bathrooms. room phone not working Lack of shower curtain results in lake in bathroom. Decor of public areas, especially bar area and chairs in fouquet'a restaurant are not up to standard of surroundings

Staff were superbe in whole hotel! Food was excellent in all restaurants including room service. Beds were comfortable even in unrenovated rooms. Rooms were small for a holiday hotel. decor of renovated rooms are fabulous
