Very good for this small price in Paris. Clean, quite comfortable for couple of nights. Very good location. Nice staff. Don’t expect anything fancy.

Good position for us. 30 minutes walk to Arc de triomphe and Champs Elisee or Port Maillot station. Safe area even at night. Metro close and bus in front. Decent room very small. Shower extremly small but bathroom was new and clean. They clean daily the room. Heating with AC only but not to noisy.

The heating was not working and I was roughly told later that it had probably been deranged by the previous client, because it should work!!! What about the hotel making sure on a very cold day that the heating works for the next client! The safe wasn't working either, but they didn't seem to bother about it!

I happened to get a large and very quiet room. The bathroom was very clean and well lit. I found an extra duvet to put over the one on the bed.

The bathroom was very small, the ceiling was bulging due to a leak in the ceiling, there was no toilet seat and in the shower (in addition to being very narrow) there was no shelf on which to put soap or shampoo. I spoke to the reception employee about the lack of a toilet seat and the infiltration and he suggested changing the room, but as I was told that the toilet seat would be fitted, so I decided to stay in the room. However, the lid was not placed, but as 3 times (the last time at 5:30 am!) the fire alarm rang (fortunately it was a false alarm, but it caused fright and rush) I decided to stay where I was, because the room was on the first floor and it would be easier to evacuate in case of real need.

The hotel staff were kind, the hotel was clean, the location was as I expected and the area is quiet.

Hotel itself I did not like

Location is good.. but hotel is very less space like you can't move freely .. and lift is so uncomfortable.. we paid enough but rooms are too small .. bathroom are too dark .. if you will go for bath then there is impossible to move in bath top and also bathroom looks like very old .. but I must say staff are so good ..

the cleanliness was a little offputting. When I arrived, the trashcan was filled with trash from the previous guests. The second roll of toilet paper looked like it had fallen in the toilet and was placed on the towel rack to use. I also woke up with bug bits on my legs. That was incredibly offputting.

It has only basic amenities and while it was cheaper than other options in Paris, it still didn’t feel like a good value for money. The room was worn out and the sink was clogged (which was not fixed before I left)

The reception staff were nice and helpful, the area around is very pleasant, the metro was close, and the room was clean.

The room facing the street was very noisy at night.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. They allowed us to bring our own food to the area with tables where they served breakfast to other guests. They also supplied us with silverware. This is not a common benefit in most hotels of this kind. The room facing the inner courtyard was peaceful enough for a good night's sleep.

The staff were cooperative, and very nice and friendly, the problem is just the room was very small and the facility was a little bit old, but with the comperasion with the Paris and location it is wonderful
