The Staff was so professional that it brings warmth to our stay. Angelina is a staff member that we had a first had extremely professional on all parts. We had a issue in our room with the A/C, she immediately went to our room and attempted to correct the issue. Angelina went to locate a new room for us to feel at home. We are from Florida and used to A/C very cold at night, she made that happen. Breakfast she attended us with again as professional, great Cappuccino and other items. The others were so very nice your staff showed Professionalism, Quality of service, Cleanliness and much more. “ Outstanding “

would have been nice to have had more choices of tea and coffee in the room and some packets of cookies. toilet ridiculously and dangerously low . you are almost sitting on the floor.

The hotel is beautiful and elegant. The staff were very friendly and helpful; I could tell they loved their hotel and city and wanted to share that with us. The location was excellent. A short walk to downtown and the seafront, but on a lovely, quiet street. We had an amazing view from our room. We will definitely come back for a longer stay!

It was my second time at Saint Julien. What really stands out is the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff - truly exceptional. Apart from it, it is a charming, very comfortable hotel, quiet and close to everything.

The Hotel is excellent, centrally located and extremely clean and tidy. The rooms are very spacious. The staff are incredibly helpful and kind. They are also very considerate and attentive in terms to meeting guests needs. Highly recommend

Shower really need some updating with a shower shelf or basket so that guests have a place to put their personal shampoo, soap, shaving cream etc. We had to put all our stuff on the floor! But because the shower does not have a full door or enclosure the floor is completely wet! Not a pleasant experience at all.

Although there was a kettle, only two sachets of herbal tea were provided: no other teas, no chocolate or coffee. The opening to the shower cubicle is very wide and had no closing door (which in itself is fine): however, this had the effect of enabling shower water to spill out into the floor of the rest of the bathroom.

Friendly reception on arrival. Very willing to allow us to leave our luggage even though we arrived much earlier than check-in. Lovely touches: chocolates, bottled water and a personalised 'welcome' post card in the room.

Absolutely fantastic hotel! Everything was perfect, room large, very high quality furnished, stylish decor. Staff very helpfull, very good breakfast, beach equipment was very comfortable too. On-site restaurant Anema was also perfect. Hotel is just around the corner from the streets full of restaurants and bars, both Biarritz beaches are just a couple of minutes walk. On-site parking (rare in Biarritz). Absolutely 100% score

The only thing that could be improved was the room cleaning. A few days our bed was not made and they only refreshed the towels but did not clean anything else.

This was truly an exceptional stay - the staff are super friendly, the rooms are nice and bright and the hotel amenities are super charming. We loved the breakfast area and incredible coffee! The location was also amazing.
