A lovely little hotel, perfect for a couple of nights. Great location for exploring Dinard and in a nice quiet area. Unique style, quirky, and comfortable. Friendly staff, good breakfast.

But location is fine and it was clean. Really positive is a sort of living room downstaires with a lot of books to read. Good cushions and nice bed, really quiet at night. The bathroom was small, not so much water pressure. Finding a place to park was a bit difficult but free of charge. I would have put the bed sideways for more space in the room.

The older lady who served breakfast on the Saturday morning was rude because of our lack of French speaking, she needs reminding that we are paying guests and that’s what keeps their doors open.

The lounge and dining area closed at 9pm, so you couldn't use it, which was very disappointing. Also, if your room was in the new block, you were locked out of the main building until 07 30am when it would open for breakfast.

There was a muddle and I had accidentally booked and paid for two rooms by mistake. This was handled quite well and some compensation provided.

Room was smallish but nicely designed, felt modern and clean. Communal areas were attractive, liked the vintage furniture in the breakfast room. Shower was very powerful - liked the bathroom generally.

We had breakfast sitting outside for the first day but the price was 9 Euros per adult which was too expensive. So we walked to a cafe near the market area to have a cafe au lait and a croissant which was a lot cheaper.

Returning to somewhere familiar it was nice to stay in the main hotel which is old and possibly cooler. We like your sitting room with wicker chairs which is shaded from the sun with books to read friendly and informal. The breakfast room floor is a stunning original feature of the house made of black and white mosaics tiles and keeps the ground floor cool. We realise there was no kettle to make a cup of tea in the room so we used the hot water system next to the breakfast room and relied on a jug of milk in the cool cupboard. The staff were helpful and friendly. The cleaning staff were always friendly and our room was kept meticulously clean and tidy. There were always piles of clean sheets at the top of the stairs when we left the room in the morning.

Quite a bit of the paint work for example door to room and some areas in room flaked off or dirty. No excuse really when plenty time to do these jobs during lockdown.

Only met one member of staff very friendly and helpful. Room small but for one night adequate. Nice decor. Good breakfast room, good value breakfast with plenty choice. There is a bar but closes quite early, limited choice and no seats although there is a lounge area. Only tables and chairs would be good if some soft chairs to sit. Location ok, 15 min walk to beach and some restaurants.

The noise from the traffic below meant you had to sleep with window closed. It was also a good walk to the centre.
