Entrance hall and stairs a bit dreary and could be fresher, but it is shared with other flats. Be aware there are stairs up to the apartment, and stairs in the apartment up to the toilet.

Location was excellent, very central, near the cathedral. Good-sized comfortable bed with a soft mattress topper. Apartment was well equipped.

There was a bit of a problem entering the recommended car park, as our vehicle was too high due to our roof box. I recommend the car park at the Theatre des Arts, which allows vehicles 2m+ and is about 10mins walk from the accommodation.

Its centrality comes with the drawback that it can get a bit loud (there were some young people partying on the street the entire Friday night), so bring earplugs. Parking (not free) is close but entrance was hard to finde (search for „ENTRÉE parking palais de justice“, otherwise you get the wrong directions)

This place deserves a 11/10 rating! It is the ideal accommodation in Rouen old town. Easy self-checking, friendly communication, well equipped kitchen, washing machine and tumbler available

It is up two flights of stairs that are a tad narrow. So if you are older, you need to be attentive with baggage.

No air conditioning or fans so was quite warm. If you have a car, there is not any on street parking close by, we parked in an underground car park which was about €18 a day: gets expensive (but a reality of staying in the heart of Rouen) over a longer period.

Great location, centre of old town in pedestrian street. Large apartment with washing machine and dishwasher and good cooking facilities. Close to everything! We really enjoyed our stay here. Close to supermarket and boulangerie and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Would definitely recommend!!

Absolutely stunning place with amazing view outside the window to the Catherdal. Experience with morning cathedral ringing and seagull screaming was authentic and nice. Appartement in the center close to the shops and all Rouen monuments. Communication with owner of the appartement was really helpful and frinedly..

Loved it all. But guests should note that parking is offsite and costs around 15euros per night (and a little tricky to navigate). Stairs too for people with mobility issues.

In the historic area of Rouen near the cathedral 7.00pm sea shanty bells were unexpected and a highlight. Beautiful. roomy apartment. Perfect after being couped up in Paris!

As the description says, the apartment is on a pedestrianized street, so parking is a few minutes walk away. A little bit of DIY in the bathroom and toilet wouldn't go amiss.

Cosy, well-equipped apartment, very centrally-located, though still peaceful. The apartment immerses you into old Rouen. Instructions for collecting and returning keys were clear and easy to follow. Bakery for breakfast nearly opposite.
