Great Central location. Easy to find. Secure parking was great. Guy on desk on arrival was very helpful as we're the morning staff. Breakfast included was a bonus and delicious. Great soundproofing. Didn't hear a sound from within the hotel or from outside. No problem accommodating dog

Very central and really good value for what we got. Room was big and cozy. We booked a twin room and were given a three bed. Very safe too.

Breakfast is a little disappointing , triple room was small, bathroom inadequate and could do with updating. No access to stairs inside the hotel and the lift only works when you scan your room key, so in case of a fire or emergency evacuation you will be trapped inside the hotel ! BEWARE.

Room was fine even though it is small. Breakfast had limited options but is value for money. The location is close to the train hub and is very useful for arriving there late at night or having an early start. Security is good especially where a key card is necessary to use to lift. A small kettle for coffee / tea making would be helpful.

-Breakfast was not good enough. The baguette and the brioche were not fresh from the bakkery and the mix of fruit was canned fruits. Well, there were some fresh apples and oranges. -The payment for leaving the (light) luggage in custody at the hotel. Never before had to pay for this service.

-The 2 ladies who were at the reception when I arrived at the hotel (at about 17:00 hours, Tuesday 13th June) were very kind and helpful. One of them is Spanish). -The room and the windows were soundproof. The room had a view to the railways, but I did not hear the trains traffic. The airco worked very well and it was not noisy. - The location, close to the train station

The organization is poor. We have very long queue for breakfast, which was not replenished properly. The parking space is quite complicated to be in, and they do not send the instructions in advance - and so you need to block the street to have the instructions. The bed is good, but the pillow is terrible.

The location is very good, close to the center and in the train station. The room is the expected for a Ibis Budget, being the cost fair.

We expected free parking which they do have but it's on the road outside the hotel. As there was no room outside the front we had to pay to park in one of their spaces out the back which seemed safe enough to be fair. It was only 9 Euros so not a real issue but be prepared to pay if you can't park out the front.

Nice hotel in the centre of Tours. Right next to the railway station. Shops and bars close by.
