We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Great beds, spacious room, big bathroom. Was given an upgrade to a better room as I requested 2 single beds, and this was only available in the Superior room.

The hotel is in such a good location I would recommend going to one of the excellent restaurants/cafes that are very close by

FranceProperty has a garage but like others mentioned, very narrowed for big cars. There is parking in front of the hotel, you’ll need to buy a paper timer in the convenience store next to hotel to place in the dashboard. Only free for 3 hours at a time. Our accommodations were in the back. I found the building very outdated for a 4 star hotel. Bar needs to add more cocktail options or ice cream for cool days in which, after many wine tastings, all you want is something tropical and refreshing to wind down. Besides front desk personnel, staff did not speak or understood English.
Location was great. Breakfast was decent. They accommodated a fresh omelet (only plain, don’t expect it to be with any other ingredients). The room was not in the main building but in the back. It was ample, bed comfortable, and clean. Staff was nice and prompt.
