Location is excellent right across the road from airport shuttle bus stop and a 4 min walk to the Chateau. 5 mins more and you are in the city. There is also trams 4 mins away. A lovely boulangerie right across the road and a supermarket around the corner. Safe and secure.

The location was perfect, close to the castle, the town and the convenient tram system, opposite a boulangerie with a supermarket on the corner. The receptionist Nicole was very helpful and informative.

It was very hot, especially on the upper sleeping area with no open window, Air con would have made a huge difference.

Just the location.

besides the location, the accommodations were strange since didn’t match with the pictures, was tiny, the comfort was bad and old furniture like a student republic, no AC which make impossible to stay in the room or sleep during the hot nights in summer. It wasn’t an hotel.

- A bit complicated to get in, many codes and confusing instructions - They did not answer calls or messages during the check in, towels were missing. Next day, once reception was open, everything was sorted. - Bathroom could be cleaner - No AC

Great place to spend time outside in the city

It gets really hot and loud at some point.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, and the beds were comfortable. The location was perfect with it being walking distance to the city centre.

My only complaint I would have, which is small is there not being an air-conditioning. The rooms were very warm at night.

Very clean

No effective air conditioning. The small unit was noisy and not enough. There was a problem with the computer system at the lodging and I could not verify if I had paid already (I did not remember as the reservation was made many months in advance). As a result Bookings.com charged my credit card (which was ok), but with an error and charged me twice (which was not ok). The personel at the lodging could not help (they did not have my visa information) but they sent messages, which I appreciated. However, they should be better instructed in writing in English and in the way they deal with their clients. Also, it would be nice a better coordination with the Bookings.com, as they said I had to deal with the lodging company for the double payment and that was not true. Finally, I resolved the situation dealing directly with my bank and VISA.

Good location, very fair price.

We stayed in the studio apartment. The room was spacious and the kitchen was well equipped for a short stay. Location was excellent, you can reach anything in a few minutes. Staff was friendly and nice.

The room didn’t have aircon so we opened the window to get some fresh air and cool down the room but it was very noisy.

location - easy walking distance to the centre and a bus stop just outside the hotel. A good bakers shop opposite.

Location was very good, it’s pretty close to everything. We did not get the breakfast as there was a small kitchen in our room which worked very well, and the fridge had a small freezer on top. Staff was friendly and polite. We enjoyed our stay very much!

The only problem I had was that the shower was so small that the shower curtain stuck to me as I was showering. There was also a funky smell in the reception area, but this is just a minor thing.

The location was super ,the secuirty of the accomadation was excellent the staff was very helpfull the room was very clean and being a studio was great being able to cook if you wanted and having a kettle as lots of places dont have kettles It was walking distance to everything.There was a fabulous bakery on one side of the accomadation and a brilliant supermarket on the other with pleanty of choice

The was no air conditioning or fan in the room and even though the weather wasnt very hot the room got really hotel even with the curtains closed during the day and window open at night. There was no hairdryer in the room

Location, near the city centre, the castle and train station.

Kitchenware wasn’t clean: lipstick stain on a cup and some bowls dirty. The shower was with curtain, the water came out and flooded the floor.
