The rooms didn't have airconditioning and with the hot weather outside - it was middle of the summer - it was quite hot inside. I guess that besides the summer it's not an issue.

It was a covenient stay. The check-in was quick and easy, the rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable.

The bed linen felt too hot; it didn't help sleeping on this linen during the summer. The corridor always smelled of something, like someone was cooking foods. The staff was not present consistently as the sign at the reception said; sometimes you can see them, sometimes you can't, although it was during the reception's opening hours.

The room has a refrigerator inside, so I can store foods I bought during the heat of the summer. The room also had a view of the outside's scenery, and was also equipped with a fan in case it got too hot.

I did not have a car by the time I arrived at the hotel. The only nearby restaurant (I was afraid of another thunderstorm) is a rather pedestrian Chinese place. There are others options including a couple of boulangeries within ten-minutes walk either down the hill near the hospital or up the hill past the conference center. The center of the old town is about 1.8 km over the hill, not a bad walk if you are in decent shape. Although the grounds and views are pleasant, I did not see any outdoor seating that would take advantage of the location. There was no reception staff on Sunday, so I could not leave my bag after checkout time while I walked around the old town before going to the station.

This business travel and tourism hotel is located on the edge of town near a complex of indoor sports businesses. My room faced across the mostly rural valley overlooking a very modern, earth ballasted, international school and a hospital. A spectacular thunderstorm made a beautiful scene. The small room was modern and decently furnished with kitchen facilities more than adequate for my short stay. The bathroom was modern and well designed. The location is convenient to the hospital, conference center, and the train-bus station, especially if you have a car. Late check-in was easy with clear directions.

The address we got first brought us to a building that made me want to cancel asap, but with the extra info in email we found the correct place. Not great to start your stay with a minor panic attack :)

The place is really nice and quiet. Good location with enough parking space. Comfortable, clean rooms with everything you need for a basic stay. Fully equipped kitchen annex for 2 persons.

No room cleaning, very smelly corridors, old building. There were just 3 towels , small and no one never changed them in 5 days. No air dryer, fridge in the room very noisy!

The staff @ reception in the morning hours is rude and insensitive. He is definitely devoid of attributes that are essential for staff in the hospitality sector. A simple request for one small bottle of bath gel was rudely turned down, inspite of him being conveyed that there is no way that I could arrange for one for the day. The mannerism was the worst that I have ever experienced in any apart hotel

breakfast for 8 euros was not worth it , we as a group (4) went to eat at 9 and they didn’t even had much of things left and they didn’t even offer to keep something . the morning staff were rude . and we checked out at 12:10 pm , ten min late and the staff shouted at us like it’s an hour delay . I can understand it’s our mistake but she apparently didn’t know how to talk with people who come to their country as tourists . such a bad attitude

Parking was limited, recommend reserving available parking early to avoid paying street parking with time limits pr garage rates.

Excellent apartment, extremely clean and modern. Ideal location in the city. Walking distance to trams and train station and the old town. Our family explore Prague for 2 days , and had a great time.
