The room was clean and quiet, and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchenette had everything you could need and it was great to have the parking option. The staff at reception were really helpful.

Shower was broken. Breakfast was really small. They served the breakfast at 8 am but when I got there at 8:30 they told me that they won't recharge omlet and sausages. I ate only bread and butter but payed 17 euros for that

The hotel is great, you get what you pay. It seems a little old but I think that overall was fine. The nearest metro/train station is a little far away and you have to plan very well your journey

The staff was great, the only issue was that it was not 24/7 and one day we needed toilet paper and the lobby was closed and opened until 8:30am, and when finally it was open, they were out of stock and we have to go and buy to the nearest store

in the correspondence I was told that each room has a terrace, but our rooms did not have any terrace. Tomorrow cost 10 euros, everything was delicious, but the choice was rather poor the hair dryer didn't work, there was no iron in the room, but apparently you can ask at the reception.

the room was small but clean. the bed was comfortable, the kitchen was quite well equipped. we lived in building 2. our windows overlooked the courtyard and it was quite quiet. location 10 minutes walk from the metro

When I arrived, I immediately understood why the property had only one photo of the bathroom. I think that was probably the best angle they could capture or we were the unluckiest people to get the worst bathroom they had..The bathroom had a shower with a curtain meant to keep the water in, but I can't even describe how unhygienic that felt, especially for a hotel. I've attached a photo so you can also see the color and condition of it. There were many things wrong with the bathroom. The toilet wobbled when you sat on it, as if it wasn’t properly fixed to the floor. The curtain rail was almost coming out of the wall on one side. The wood of the sink cabinet and door was swollen, with the paint cracking and peeling off. The last issue was the hair dryer holder, which I’ll let the photo to explain better. In short, the bathroom felt improvised…but at least it seemed clean and that saved the situation...

The bed was awesome, the room overall was clean and had a nice style. You also get everything you need for the small kitchen. The staff was very friendly and we communicated in English.

Our appartment was right above the garage entry. We were wakened 5.30am by cars leaving , the noise of garage door opening and cars driving over the ramp.im sure this wouldn't be an issue in other apartments , again on occasion cars returning late at night. Shower didnt seem to drain quickly so whole floor in toilet wet all day.

Staff were all very nice and helpfull. Lovely room , very clean , newly decorated. Good size. Good location for Malakoff centre and market. Near to metro . Nice location with lovely restaurants nearby.

Non-stick coating of Cookware was worn off. Need to replace the kitchenware. We were not able to cook.

A bit of a walk to the tube station but very quick to get to the centre of Paris without changing lines. Bed and pillow were super comfy, kitchenette was well stocked.
