Great apartment very clean,big, comfortable in good location close to Gallerie Lafayette. Near the apartmemt many stores, restaurants,bus and metro. The host was very kind and available. On our last day he confirmed late check out and we left the apartment very late before our fliggt I definitely recommend.

There was some noise during one night that seemed to come from some machine, but couldn't figured out what it was. Must have been a one-off issue, as the first night all was great.

Friendly host, clean apartment, enough space for our 5-people family, quiet at night, comfortable beds, received great information from our host for touring Paris and for was is available nearby, great location (near various metro and bus lines), mostly: the host was able to check-us in early than expected, which allowed as to visit to sites on our first day.

The location was great. It was near 2 metro stations and also bus stops. There were also department stores and restaurants nearby. The hosts were also helpful. The apartment also had a balcony

Location is perfect for sightseeing. At the rue St Lazare but windows are overlooking to garden side so it is quiet. The apartment is fully equipped from towels and bed sheets to dishwasher and washing capsules, tea and coffee supplies. There is also air conditioning but we did not have use it the apartment temperature was just right.

some small issues - safes are not working. Kitchen tap is a bit broken in one of the apartments. only 1 toilet in the bigger apartment

Great apartment in very good location, well equipped, well maintained, clean and spacious. They have agency office just down the building complex and they are very friendly. We took 2 apartments for large family group, they are located in 2 buildings in the complex. The bigger apartment has bunk beds for kids and sofa bed in the living room, nice balcony and 1 toilet. check-in/out was easy, contacted Cyrille who was very responsive and helpful to allowed us early check-in. we stayed for 5 nights. recommend for your next visit in Paris :)

They are really going the extra mile: They wait for you in front of the building !!! Entrance is very central and very nice The flat was nicely prepared for us with Champagne, sweets, soaps, coffee !!! Flat is spacious, nice and very welcoming The view is great, you even see a bit of the Eifel tower !!! Parking lot in the same building/garage !!! They provide a dossier with lots of very helpful information

The double bed mattress was really terrible. I was falling in the towards the middle. Too lumpy.!

While the apartment we stayed in made great use of the space by placing a bunkbed in a hall leading to the main bedroom, this meant that the bunks had no privacy. The hall was super hot as well as they were just outside the loos. The kitchen sinks was always backed up - I think someone came to help us with that but it was never fully resolved. Wasn't a huge deal though.

The apartment was seconds from the MTR station - super convenient - and both grocery and clothes shopping just down the street. It had everything you need - dishwasher, tv, coffee machine, washing machine, dryer, and even a balcony. One amazing feature was the rolling blackout shutters, which we didn't discover until day 2. Perfect for the kids who were sleeping in the livingroom on the sofabed. The person who let us in and showed us around was really lovely and helpful. There was A/C as well, which we all appreciated in the summer heat.

The air condition didn't work. It was hot so we had to open the windows at night and woke up early because of the light. I would suggest to leave a broom and a shovel and clotheshorse.

The apartment is very central but it was on the side of the internal garden so it was quite. The metro and the bus stops are very close. There are a lot of restaurants not far away. The manager Cyrille was very helpful and flexible, allowing us for a late checkout.
