The floor in our room wasn't clean and the people from our group who stayed on a different floor noticed the same thing.

The hotel is located in a very nice and quiet area and there are also a lot of restaurants and a supermarket very close to the hotel. The metro station is also close. The staff from the reception were really nice and ready to help and answer all of our questions. Also the loby is lovely and cozy. As for the room, the bed and the pillows were very comfortable. The room was warm, had a nice design and big windows.

the size of everything is small, like the elevator space, bathroom and shower area. Also the price I pay online through booking does not include the city tax. That was unexpected additional charge at the property, about 18 euro per day.

the only downside was the noise level from neighboring rooms. Despite the hotel's efforts to provide a serene environment, the soundproofing seemed lacking, and I found myself frequently disturbed by noises from adjacent rooms. This detracted from an otherwise enjoyable stay.

my experience was quite positive. The hotel's staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any request and ensuring a comfortable stay. The location couldn't have been better, situated in the heart of paris , with easy access to nearby attractions and public transportation.

The access to the breakfast room for disabled persons is very restricted and for a wheelchair not at all.

The staff were fantastic, nothing too much trouble and very attentive. The sweet bar, drinks and snacks available complimentary were wonderful also.

The room was a little crowded and cold, even though the heating system was on all the time.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable, the staff was really friendly and there were free water, coffee and sweets at the reception :) We didn’t have to use the metro to get to the city, it was at around 40 min walk from Arc de Triumph.

Parking: There was no parking at the hotel! I made a search on Booking for a hotel specifically with Parking option! But there was no parking at the hotel. I had to drove around to search one but no luck. Than I had to park at the garage for 15euro for a night. Room: the heater was not working. It was a bit too small. Breakfast: omelet and bacon were awful.. eggs boiling appliance was odd.

The only downside was that you can hear everything in the hallway. The walls were a little thin.

The bed was super comfy and the staff were all happy and cheerful every time we saw them. The location was a huge bonus as the metro into the city centre is on the same street. But it was still in a nice quiet area. We could also just walk to the bakery in the mornings. We took our dog and she loved it too.

The hotel is located in a very quiet and clean neighborhood and is located 3 minutes from the metro station. The space in the room is very limited, without a refrigerator, but the very comfortable bed and the cleanliness of the room compensated for these things. The breakfast was good and fresh.
