Some noise entering room from the street, but the street is small and the noise is only occasionally: people talking or garbage truck in the morning.

Good location. Birds singing in the morning. Decent rooms. Two kinds of pillows to choose from. Very good for stays when you do not want to spend a lot of time in the hotel.

We are convinced that prostitutes were operating in this hotel - in the early hours of the morning !!!

it had its own car park and it was near the centre of town - these were the only good points about the hotel

The price was too high for a 3 star hotel off season, middle of the week.

The room was clean and comfortable. We read that they could bring us breakfast in the room, which sounded very nice, althouh we did not try it. Also food service was available 24/7

Room 101 was very funky, had to keep window closed because it looks out onto the street at street level. My bed was not a "real" bed, but more on a cot frame. Shower was the tub with no curtain or wall. Maybe other rooms are better but this one was not enjoyable or satisfactory.

Staff were friendly. Friendly cat in parking lot.

I guess one of the room we had was a "smoking room" long before. If they could change the carpets, the smell would be away. Otherwise very nice and comfortable rooms.

Stuff was very kind and polite. A very nice breakfast (specially the Grenoble water) Nice atmosphere. The hotel has a parking area which was just great!

    Nothing.

Fantastic check in and out staff. Breakfast and check out was sorted by Adrien. Great young man, great sense of humour, great language skills and went out of his way to be helpful. Secure parking inside the hotel walled garden. Hotel really close to city centre but just a 2 minutes walk away from all the hustle bustle so nice and quiet.

The location was AMAZING. Close to the city center. Close to chains of fast foods, supermarkets, restaurants. The room was sparkly clean. Cant say anything else. What amazed me the most was the service. I checked out I left my bags for few hours. Came back to pick something up and later I came to take them. I missed my bus and I came back at midnight and they didnt mind letting me stay in the lobby till my next bus. Always smiling, always friendly. Was a pleasure for me to stay there. Highly recommending.

There was construction work next door which started early. On one or two occasions there was some noise from people returning from bars. The room itself could have benefited from air conditioning and was in need of a lock of paint, also had no plug in the sink.

The hotel had a quirky feel to it regarding its decor. It is not too far from the train station and not to far from the old town of Grenoble. Fairly easy to find with signs off nearby main roads.

Where to start? Even though the parking was on their property it wasn't included in the price. Very poor cleaning. We didn't have any toilet paper in our bathroom upon arrival and had to ask in the reception. Overall the entire place is in a desperat need of a face lift. Every part of the room seemed ancient and not maintained, such as stains, marks and rugged surfaces both on furnitures, walls and floors. We did have a balcony, but very dirty and with no furnitures to go with it. One of the windows was apparently broken and covered with a piece of cardboard. The bathroom was horrible. The shower cabinet had visible spots of black mold in it and the shower head leaked by the hose. A bizarre looking, old rusty heating element. In the roof there was an obvious water damage that had been poorly painted over... couldn't wait to get out.

Cheap and in a hip neighbourhood

The hallways are poorly lit. The room is very hot and the ceiling fan is ineffective. I killed seven mosquitos before going to sleep and still managed to be bitten. They should re-carpet, re-light the hallways and destroy the worn red vinyl end-of-bed covers, (why do so many hotels use them?) equip each room with a standing fan and they would go from 7.5 to 8.5 in no time flat!

The person at reception could not have been nicer or more helpful directing me to my room and even to a great restaurant for dinner. The room and bathroom were both very big - clean and efficient. My room overlooked the back garden which was lovely and cool in the morning.
