Fast comunication and fast minor problem solving( I found that coffee mashine wasnt working and new one was delivered right away). So you can trust this host in any case. All in all it's great place

It is situated close to the Lyon’s main train station to make side trips. The room was big enough for 2 people and everything in the apartment was conveniently automated. The air conditioner was a big plus with hot weather we had. The staff were accommodating to our requests.

North MacedoniaPeople who are not very familiar with modern technologies might encounter certain difficulties (digital communication with the owner, doors with digital locks and codes, a very advanced lighting system, etc.). We had no issues at all — in fact, we found this way of managing the studio to be quite enjoyable.
The studio is spacious, clean, modern, and in an exceptional location. It is right next to a tram stop, a metro station, a train station, as well as a large shopping center (Westfield La Part-Dieu). The balcony and the view of the city from the 14th floor are particularly impressive. The accommodation exceeded our expectations, especially considering the standards in France for this type of lodging.

A fantastic studio with every conceivable luxury. Super bed and pillows, good shower, extensive kitchen. Washing machine and dryer. Fast internet, TV with all possibilities. Excellent communication with the owner, he responded quickly and adequately. Conveniently located in relation to the train station and transport to the old center of Lyon.

Taiwan- The Wifi of my room seems to belong to the other room (of the same owner), so the signal wasn't very stable sometimes
- Modern and well equipped room - On a high floor, so the view was very nice. The elevator was quick and smooth, so it was pretty easy to reach the room floor. - Very close to the main station. There were also lots of shops, restaurants nearby - Very friendly staff, who really cared whether I had a comfortable stay and can be reached easily

United StatesThe area around the train station is a bit gritty though I felt totally safe; it’s not that close to the historic center but the price reflects that fact The unit has a very fancy but complicated lighting system - a brief explainer for guests would help Check in also was a bit fussy - you need to use multiple apps (Booking, email, WhatsApp and a special checkin and parking reservation app) to accomplish everything. I ended up parking on the street

SerbiaThere's not much to say here, maybe the only thing that i found lacking was that there was no ironing board that would make the job soo much easier than having to iron on the bed, and a better iron would be helpful as well.
This level of tech 'everything-is-on-the-button' accommodation was a first for me, so in the beginning it took some adjusting to what button does what but it also created some funny situations :) All in all, I loved the feel of the apartment, I especially appreciated a terase on the flats' 14th floor and a 2in1 washer/dryer that came in pretty handy in sweaty summer days.

United KingdomDidn’t like that there wasn’t a real key for entry or a way to physically secure the door from inside (chain or bolt) it just didn’t make us feel safe. The sleeping solution for a 3rd person wasn’t good enough. It was a thin mattress on the floor which isn’t fair for the amount we paid and it wasn’t made up when we arrived.
Really amazing view from the balcony. Nice decor inside. The smart features and lighting is cool. It’s a very unique place, perfect for a couple. It’s also not far from the station. Coffee was really good!

AustraliaToo modern and automated for us to deal with. Very tiny kitchen. Had the impression that it had two beds but the second one was folded in closet, ok for a child. We didn’t bother setting it up as there wasn’t an obvious place for it.
Interesting property on 14th floor, so good overview of Lyon. Very modern and automated. Walking distance to train station. Comfortable bed. A younger couple would probably love it.
